Checked in late but staff still had everything ready for us, room was clean, comfortable, well worth the price. Staff also made great eating recomendations!
“Good Value, pleasant place, not fancy”
Staff was friendly, it smelled like someone had smoked in my non smoking room or possibly really burned dinner badly in the kitchen, it smelled smokey, but no clear tobacco scent. Was OK with the windows opened and the exhaust fans running. They had two important items missing when I arrived and managed to resolve one. The wine opener and the garbage cans were missing, they got me a garbage can in minutes, but did not have extra wine openers. Overall a pleasant stay for a pretty decent price, the room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful.It was reasonably quite for being across the street from the freeway.
“Decent, but not good”
The hotel was alright for what we needed (a place to stay for 4 nights, close to the freeway). BUT we had problems with the shower (most of the water came out of the bottom, not the shower head) and there was no change at the front desk to do laundry. Also, every time I went to the front desk, I had to wait for someone to come and help me. Lastly, (I didn't know the hotel's policy) but maid service is only once a week, unless you want to pay $3 a day for them to come every day.

non-smoking rooms smelt like a smoking room in vegas, toilet broken - moved to another room on different floor that had not been cleaned yet, so moved back to same floor, one door away from first room and beds were the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
“Not very nice, but cheap/”
Very disappointed in this hotel and staff. No friendly greeting and we were made to feel like we were an imposition for the staff. The room itself was disgusting. The kitchen accessories were dusty and dirty as if nobody had bothered to clean in weeks. There were food particles on the kitchen floor - once again, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The bathroom was in a class of it's own - moldy and mildew, no tissues, generally disgusting. No hangers in the 'closet' which is actually just an open area with a couple of mounted rods on which you are expected to hang your clothes. Only two pillows total on the Queen bed. Needless to say we checked out early and found another hotel.
“Disgusting and Very Disapointed!!!”
Checked in, went up to the room stunck like fish! Called the attendent to ask for another room and she said just to open the windows and air out the room!!! Unbelivable! There is NO WAY we spent the night there! Bed was probably full of bed bugs! DISGUSTING!!!
