“Cheap”

Cons: The heater smelled. We could not turn it on because of the terrible odor. Also, I had to ask for fresh towels each day and the beds were not made during our stay. In addition, there is an extra fee for Internet service. Pros: Our room had a microwave, refrigerator, sink, toaster and coffee maker. The hotel is near (3 miles) Sharp Memorial Hospital. This is the only only reason I stayed there.

“for what you pay, the room was what you could expect. not too bad.”

There were stains on the pillows and reception for me as an at&t was poor. It was one main employee that messed up my reservation a little bit but over all the service was cool. My sheets still smelled a little but they said they were clean. The room heater/ac worked well and it was a nice stay for two days.

They have a kitchen in your room so feel free to bring food to cook.

“Worst stay Ever!”

Do not stay here, the place is very dirty and they don't clean properly. They mess up the day's they are supposed to clean and they don't make it up to you by cleaning it right away. They don't take out trash left in the trash rooms. So the place stinks to high heaven. The staff is rude and not accomadating. They will not work for you, you are just an inconvenience to them. Do not stay here!

“O'K for the price”

The hotel was very clean and the bed was more comfortable than it actually looks,however I was in a room that the a/c didn't work that well, never really cooled off during the day, but was o'k at night.

“good location”

I stayed one night but I arrive late so I went straight to bed,but at 11:00 am someone knocked on my door and said that I had to leave cause they have to fix something in that room,I told him that I would leave in 15 minutes that I was getting my thing ready...then he knocked again in five minutes and said that I had to leave or they will charge me another day..what?...Is that a great service or what?? no room service,no breakfast no anything..but good location.

“A pleasant staff, great staff.”

Staff was extremely professional and provided great customer service. I needed some office supplies for a project while I was there and the personnel at the front desk were kind enough to lend me supplies.
