“Econo Lodge in Lemon Grove, CA”

The main person was a very nice and courteous man who made the hotel stay even better. I will be going back again!

“Reasonable”

The room was clean and everything worked. The bed was firm, but still comfortable. So, it worked for me (economical business travel) and I would use this hotel again in the future. However, the hotel is sandwiched between a FoodMax and a Home Depot on a busy street, which makes the location less than appealing.

“Would never stay again!”

We saw solicitors around premises, waiting for arranged "meetings". Hotel manager was rude, unprofessional, and confrontational! It was a cheap place to stay, but manager seemed upset about discount rate I received from Expedia. The breakfast consists of hard store pastries and orange juice. I will never stay again and have told all my friends how horrible this place is. Place is extremely small, parking lot hard to get in and out of. There aren't any perks to this place...

“cheap motel quality at a good location”

Standard cheap motel fare: tiny room, unfashionable furniture & exterior, "breakfast buffet" was packaged convenience store pastries. Clean enough, polite staff, internet and TV worked. Very, very convenient location next to a grocery store, all kinds of restaurants within a block, very easy freeway access.

The hotel was alright. The service was terrible other than the maid service.

Small rooms but very adequate. Wireless was weak in the room that I stayed in.

“Great for the price”

At the time i stayed at the hotel, prices are always high because of the convention in san diego. The hotel owner called me claimed i booked two rooms instead of one and had to cancel one and would make me pay for it. However the evening staff cleared up the problem and were very kind. Do not recommend own or manager but the evening staff was fantastic and friendly.

“good for quick, cheap getaway”

i needed a place to stay right away for a couple nights. for a pretty cheap place, it had good amenities such as free breakfast snacks, cable, and free wi-fi. even though the room itself wasn't exactly "five-star," the bathroom was really high standard. big tub, nice-looking, comfy. lots of good places to eat nearby.
