“Disappointed”
The biggest problem with this hotel was the paper-thin walls. We had a group next door to us that sounded like they were in our own room. They were not being loud, rude, or obnoxious, but everything they did we could hear. The hotel security came by because we complained that we could hear their conversations in our room, and we even heard the security guard knock on their door, and his entire conversation with the guests. Kudos to the staff for following through and sending out security, but providing better "soundproofing" to the rooms would eliminate that need. The cleanliness and conditions of the rest of the facilities were fine, but this one problem kept us from getting any rest that night. We will never stay at this hotel again.
“Great SanDieago stay, everythin was booked and they found room”
It was a great place to stay very accomodating, very clean and great breakfast included. was so great we stayed another night. Thanks for all your help
“LOVED....”
The outside of the hotel is nothing special, but you'll be surprised with the modern rooms. It's nice and clean and located next to a bunch of shopping centers. TOTALLY would stay here again
“Decent”
The shuttle service is amazing and the whole paying for pabcakes and eggs isn't a big deal. I've only had one experience of a continental breakfast containing hot food. The free breakfast is more than enough. Fresh fruit, cereal, juice, coffee, toast, bagels and Danishes/muffins. My only complaints are that the windows can be heard through so easily that you think the Windows's open and the air conditioner is outdated but works fine. The microwave and fridge were gear and you can't beat the location!!
“Very nice stay !!”
I have stayed at this hotel in the past. The staff is very friendly & helpful & the hotel itself is well kept. It is in close proximity of the airport.
“Don't waste your money on this one!”
The motel doesn't seem to be in the best part of town and the cleanliness of the amenities leaves much to be offered. Also, it doesnt seem that the management cares to keep their customers comfortable due to the fact that we were awake at 2:00am listening to a bunch of drunk people screaming and talking right outside our door. All the while, other sleeping customers have also been disturbed and are yelling at the other drunk people. An awful experience, a lack of attention(or care) of managemnet and not even a mediocre facility. Don't waste your money on this place!
“good option”
Good hotel,close to sea world
“I would go back”
Convenient location, close to many restaurants, shops, freeways and airport. And of course close to Sea World. Great services and clean room. The bed can be a little firmer for my taste.
“Best for budget , not for comfort”
Avoid room that are on the outer sides, u have the road noise + construction noise + airplanes flying above , Airconditioner needs servicing and rooms need to be sound proofed
“Won't be back”
Pay the extra money and stay in hotel circle. I killed a cockroach in the room. The hotel buildings are separated by a street which is poorly lit. Out AC unit froze over and we had to go without. One remote control for both TV's. The only thing I would say was good was the service. Oh, Tio Carlos' next door isn't all that.
