My stay started out with no running water! The office did not mention they were having water issues. After 3 hours of my arrival it finally came on. My three night stay never had hot water just barely warm. They offered continental breakfast but their juice machine was not working for 2days! Some staff were very friendly and they had one one Sunday morning with a bad attitude I informed her the juice machine was not working but never posted out of order, other people walked in and tried the juice machine and and complained as well! Why not just put an out of order sign so guests would not continue to try and use it! I went down to purchase a free sodas and couldn’t because there system is down for an entire day! Left my room Sunday all day to come back to a room that was never cleaned. I had told the cleaning crew I was going to be gone all day and if they could clean the room before I left. I had booked my stay on Expedia and did not book a smoking room but when I arrived they tried putting me into a smoking room, definitely trying to give you a metocouc room since I payed less. Bottom line I was very disappointed with my stay.

Jesse, the front desk clerk, was so friendly! He was so kind to us and after a day of traveling, his smiling face and great attitude was just what we needed. The hotel is fine, it does the trick!

This stay was not what I was expecting it was terrible . I’m not sure who would leave five stars but I don’t recommend this place . All sorts of different people just hanging out outside of their rooms smoking marijuana, playing loud music, drinking without any regard of how loud they were being . It seemed as though some of them were living there . It felt so unsafe we even felt the need to move our car and park it in front of the lobby . The room was clean but smelled musky and of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non smoking .

Very basic roadside motel. Next to highway. A bit noisy. Our room smelled like stake cigarettes the minute I walked in. It was too late and we were too tired to change the room. Breakfast was dismal. Nothing appetizing. Just cereal and toast really. Stop over on a road trip so all we needed and price was fair. Next for to Starbucks and Dennys. Staff were friendly.

Great Stay
One night stay as a family. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot water worked great. Lots of noise coming from the top room, but by 9pm it was quiet. Check in and check out were fast and easy. Overall, great stay and would definitely stay here again.

I was concerned about the horror stories some prior guests left, so I’ll address the most prominent issues. As to the deposit, they asked for $100 which I put on a credit card. My full deposit was refunded within 2 business days of my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the maids honored my wishes for privacy and supplied towels and other items like coffee on request. The jacuzzi was a pleasant surprise; it was clean, hot, and for the most part private. We used it 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. We didn’t use the breakfast as Denny’s was in the same lot and we went there each morning. The one biggest issue was the hot water in the room as others have mentioned. It was fine the first night but stayed cold the rest of the time. We mentioned it to the desk person and she said they were aware and trying to address it. The room was big, clean, and featured a coffee machine, fridge and microwave. We used all three with no problems. I would stay here again as overall it was a very nice experience.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, hard boiled eggs, eggo type waffles, cereal, danishes, the usual. Surprisingly quiet as it is located right next to I8.

It was clean. One day we did not have hot water for our showers, it was barely lukewarm. Breakfast is very basic. Close to highway, so had traffic noise.

My room was clean and upgraded. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Fridge was nice and cold and a good size. TV worked well and enjoyed a good selection. The people working there are very nice and friendly. The office was beautifully decorated with Christmas and felt like home.
