“AWFUL”
Floor was disgusting... people at the front desk 2 times...... clueless...Didnt care.. clientele horrible... very scarry... there were thugs there... a normal person would be afraid.. which we were... we left within 10 minutes of going into our room... people were in groups like gangs. They were smoking pot and just wasnt very comfortable situation. I would never go there again. Sad thing was we were there last year and it was very comfortable and safe...... No safe feeling this time. Thank Goodness that HOLIDAY INN HAD A ROOM FOR THE 2 DAYS WE NEEDED!!!!!
“Will be staying there again soon.”
While the floors and bathtub were filthy and a light fixture was not working properly, the staff was wonderfully sweet and helpful with everything. I ended up needing an extra night and the gentleman at the counter was very helpful and professional. The cleaning staff was great at making sure I had everything I needed in what turned into a 3 night stay. One of the men that worked at the front desk saw that my key card was not working from across the parking lot and before I could make it to the stairs, he was at my door handing me new keycards. The whole staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay there was comfortable and effortless. A big thank you to them all. :)
“Nothing special”
We chose the hotel for it's location but next trip I will make the extra drive. It smelled terrible, most of the lights did not work, there was mold everywhere and "working girls" out from all day and night.

“Basic, comfortable room”
It was nice to have so much space for the price! However, the room was lacking a few basics such as a fan in the bedroom. It did have air conditioning but it was in the living room. Still a nice, quiet place with a really comfortable king bed. I would stay again.
“Almost Impressed!!!!”
I've never checked in a hotel/motel where they didn't have a lock nor towel in the bathroom......We asked for towels and was offered 1 towel for my family! The staff can also learn a lot more "customer relations" such as greeting the customers with positive attitude not like "DON'T BOTHER ME, I'M TIRED attitude!" I think Corporate Mgt. might want to monitor their desk clerk's approach towards customers. Also, I would suggest staying on the 2nd flr cause I was kept awake until 1:30am by family's kids that was checked in upstairs.
“Nice, affordable, clean.”
We stayed here for a total of 5 nights. The hotel is clean and affordable. The staff were helpful. The hotel is more than what I expected for being so cheap. However i do wish to warn if you get a smoking room they are not as nice. The first night we had to stay in a smoking room because what we had originally booked thru Expedia was full. The next day though they got us into the room we requested. Much nicer. The smoking rooms smell of course, the furniture is much older. The room we got after that was clean, did not smell and just felt more like home away from home. We had a small kitchen with a sink, stove and fridge with freezer. Overall I would rate this hotel pretty good.
“Don't Waste Your Money!”
Everything was horrible. Tv remotes broken, had to get new keys everyday. Hookers every night..continental breakfast was horrible. Barely understand staff.
“HOTEL GREAT BEWARE OF ADRIANA”
I ENJOYED MY FIRST 3 NIGHTS WHEN THE TOILET BACKED UP INTO THE TUB. THE GIRL WORKING THE DEST WAS NOT HELPFUL AND SPOKE TO ME LIKE A CHIOD RATHER THAN A PAID UP CUSTOMER. AFTER ASKING FOR CORPORATE'S NUMBER SHE TRIED TO BECAME MORE HELPFUL. I LIKED THE HOTEL AND THE OTHER 2 DESK GIRLS WERE VERY NICE. I WOULD GO BACK
