The counter guy Art is very friendly, always provides best service. Especially this month: I got sudden sick and couldn't go on my scheduled date, tried to call the hotel and Expedia to reschedule my reservation, got denied. When Art found out I didn't show up, he then automatically offer extended help, asked his supervisor to give me(a loyal customer who goes every month) an exception and canceled my reservation for me with the refund! I will always remember his kindness, and continue book room on my monthly business trips.
