“Can't beat the view!”

The condos are very spacious!Right on the ocean and the staff were very nice. Not only will we stay here again, we are considering purchasing a condo in this building! Loved it!!!!!

“Great place”

Great rate for a 2 bedroom condo right on the beach in a cool neighborhood with lots of restaurants and stores. Condo was about 1000 square feet, with a wall of windows overlooking the ocean. Amazing views, quiet, and equipped with full kitchen, big TV, couches, tables, etc. Easy, free parking. Like your own apartment on the beach. The only drawback: no daily maid service. For me, this was a small drawback. It's like staying at your friend's place right on the beach. Here are the keys -- enjoy! They had to ask me to leave at checkout time; I didn't want to go. Will book here every time I'm in San Diego.

“Tallest building along Pacific Beach”

This trip was for our Annivarsary and this area was also new to us. The hotel and the area were wonderful with a great hotel location a very short walk away from lots of things to do and see. Speaking of seeing, the view was incredible and unobstructed. The unit was very clean and a great size for two people, but could accomodate more. We always cook breakfast in our room when we are out and the kitchen was large enough for two of us to work together without any issue. The high rise condo was quiet and very nice weather to have the window open to hear the surf. There was a broken lamp on the bedroom side table which could have been placed in the closet or somewhere else instead of in view. The unit is owned by a couple who were renting it out through the onsite rental office. When we reported the lamp to this rental desk it was simply acknowledged without being written down. We will be visiting this hotel again in the future. There are lots of units for use as rentals in this building and if they are anything close to the one we had the pleasure of borrowing it will be well worth the stay here. A special touch to the trip was being able to sign the guest book in the unit and tell of our own experience and also read about others experiences. We only took the car to pick up groceries upon arrival and walked during the rest of the trip. I think I should mention it was a walk outside the building to get to the pool which seemed strange.

“Beautiful View”

This hotel isn't your standard hotel. You're actually living in someone's condo for the week. If you're ok with that, then definitely stay at this place. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom. Don't expect to have maids clean up after you though. We had some trouble just getting some fresh towels.

“Top of the Line”

Location, location, location--and comfort too! I doubt we'll stay anywhere else in future San Diego visits.

“GREAT EXPERIENCE!!”

Our room was beautiful. The view is fabulous and the room furnishings were very, very comfortable. We found the room immaculate upon arrival. The staff is friendly when checking in and they would give you as much attention as you would want or just leave you alone. The hotel is an older building but very, very nice. Everything is nicely updated, kitchen and bath as well as furnishings. We totally enjoyed our stay and were mesmerized by the fabulous ocean view, stunning sunsets. The convince of the boardwalk right outside the condol was an added bonus. It is also very convenient to most San Diego attractions which are about 5 miles away. Walking distance to many restaurants in the Pacific Beach area.

“Perfect Experience!”

We had an excellent experience at this hotel, check in and check out were easy, was comforting to have a safe place to park our car. You can't beat the ocean views from all of the rooms as well. Wouldn't change a thing, and will definitely be back!

“Amazing view of ocean”

I highly recommend this condo/hotel. The view of the ocean is awesome. The beach is a short walk down a flight of stairs. You're within walking distance of everything you might need. The furniture comfortable and pleasing. Nice big kitchen. Beds comfortable. The only negative thing I have to say is the sheets were not fitted. So they kept pulling out and the bed was filled with wrinkles which makes it difficult to sleep. I mentioned it to the staff and they changed the sheets to king size for the queen sized bed. That definitely helped. The sheets were very high quality soft cotton but the lack of fit was a bummer. However, as mentioned, this was the only negative thing I had to say about my experience. What a great deal it is to get an 800 foot condo for the same price as a 300 foot hotel room.

“STAY HERE!!”

The condo complex is right on the ocean and all the condos have ocean front views. There is a boardwalk that goes along the ocean for a couple of miles. Lots of people running and walking the trail. Shops galore and a supermarket for supplies within a ten mnute walk. The area is clean and safe. The beach is lit up after dark for nighttime vollleyball or frisbee. Surfing from sunup to after dark.

“Satisfied Customer”

We were pleasantly surprised to have recived an upgrade to a 2 br condo and it was very nice. Although a little dated and some things needing maintained, overall the view and location offset any minor complaints. Very comfortable and friendly.
