All rooms feature ocean views. Guestrooms are individually furnished and decorated. Each room features kitchens with full-sized refrigerators/freezers, stove tops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Complimentary wireless Internet access is provided along with direct-dial phones, CD players, and free local calls. Separate sitting areas, separate dining areas, and coffee/tea makers are also included. All guestrooms are non-smoking.

Quickly access surfing, boogie boarding, swimming, beach volleyball, and much more! Our outdoor pool and spa tub are available on-site for guest use. When ready to venture out, enjoy a huge variety of dining, shopping, and night life on Grand Ave.

“family vacation”
Loved our stay here. This is not a Hotel, it is a condo. We have a family of 7 and we fit very comfortably. The view was great. We booked a regular room but upon check-in we actually recieved a corner view, which is normally a little more money. Minumum 3 day stay so I would pack extra towels. There is a fee for extra towels. All your basics are covered dishes,pans,utensils,dishsoap,... And parking is included.
“Capri at the Sea -- beautiful”
We really had a great stay in 1110. Incredible view, nicely stocked, very comfortable. Nice staff. Terrific location all around. Only downside was that it could have been a teeny bit cleaner, and a handful of lightbulbs needed replacing. Whenever we head back to San Diego we'll definitely see if this place is available.
“Great sun and surf views!!”
You can walk to fine dining, snacks, and interesting beach scene at all times. Great views from our sliding doors! The unit we had was very spacious and basically well maintained except for main seating area that was not very comfortable. Great response from staff for any concerns. By staying for a full week we got a very good deal. Recommend!
“Really Impressed”
We stayed with my two teenage daughter's at Capri by the Sea and were very pleased with our accomodations...breathtaking views, roomy frontroom opening out to the ocean. We will defintely return.
“Great Place to Stay in San Diego”
The Capri By the Sea is a wonderful place to stay. I was in San Diego with my adult daughter so I needed a two bedroom suite. We absolutely loved it. Contrary to what I read in some of the reviews our check in was on site, very quick and very efficient. Our condo was on the eleven floor which was a great place to watch the sunset. No daily maid service, but we really didn't need or want maid service. Great restaurants just a short walk away on the boardwalk. A grocery store is just a couple of blocks away. We absolutely had no complaints. I will stay there every time I go back to San Diego. I can't wait to go back.
“I wish I could live there”
Capri by the Sea has the most beautiful rooms. I have stayed in two different rooms in the times I have been there and enjoyed them both. I love the location. You cant get any closer to the beautiful Pacific beach or have better dining or social options than the businesses that are all within a few blocks. I dont have any desire or need to ever look for a better place to stay on my San Diego vacations.
“Ocean View on a budget”
It was so nice being right on the beach for such a great price. We stayed in April so the price was very reasonable since it is not peak season. Our unit had a separate guest bedroom with a full bed & two twins in it, so we could have invited friends. The hall closet had a boogie board, frisbee & paddle/ball to use. Nice clean kitchen and amazing panoramic views in the corner unit! My only complaints: The smell of smoke eeking thru the air duct...the freshly steam cleaned carpet was very wet the whole time...During the day, the lady at the front desk was very nice but the roaming staff & the night security guard who mans the desk, do not give eye contact or smile even though you have to pass him in the narrow hall...Also, there isn't an electrical outlet in the master bathroom?? For the rate I got, I did not expect such a nice room & view which totally trumps any complaint I had.
“Amazing Condo!!!”
Celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary here and we are coming back for sure! Condo #1011 was an amazing condo with an amazing view! Close to everything - restaurants, grocery stores and awesome shopping. Safe, secure building, quiet and off main drag from party areas. The huge beach right outside the door! Sunsets were fantastic! Everything you need is in the condo just like at home! Don't hesitate in booking!
“Best location”
Formerly an apartment building so rooms are large with full kitchens and seperate bedrooms. Secure underground parking. Best spot on the beach.
“Good spacious rooms”
We had a two bedroom room condo with fully equiped kitchen and livingroom with all the amenities. Parking, pool and right on the beach and next to downtown Pacific Beach. Good place.
