The only good thing about the property is the location and easy parking. But as for the property it was very dirty, the room was also not clean, furniture not good. The sheets had stains on them. The shower tub gets clogged when showering. We asked for clean towels and never got them. An hour after checking in, another guest tried opening our door because they were given the same key room as us. We aslo booked the king bed and got queen instead.

It was bad.. The lady was nice. The bed was kind of comfortable, but the room was dirty. The TV didn’t work. They didn’t give us any pillows. Probably won’t go back. i’m sure if they improved on cleanliness and paid a little bit more attention to each room it would be better. But the front desk was very sweet!

It was clean enough - they are starting to renovate -- but they are false advertising - their rooms on site - look nothing like what you get when you arrive -- would not recomment them - plus it says airport shuttle which is not available - we had to take cab from airport -- $27.00

Arrived early and got a room that the television didn't work. No phone to call front and after numerous attempts at getting television to work we got another room with a non working television that was finally started. The second room was cleaner than the first, but still not what the pictures on line showed. It needs a vast improvement to come up to the pictures it shows of itself.

My stay was horrible on every way. The room was dirty and gross and needed maintenance. The chair was peeling, the curtains were cut in a jagged fashion, there were multiple unpatched holes in the walls, furniture surfaces were peeling, there were bugs on the ceiling and when I got to my room the housekeeper was cleaning everything with multipurpose cleaner and wads of toilet paper. I was confronted because they forgot to collect my deposit until 2 days after check-in. I was accused of being a liar every time I brought up a concern, I ended up shortening my stay from 3 weeks to 1. Then, after I finally got out of there, I get a random message saying I damaged a cheap acrylic blanket and then a they ch@rg@ of one hundr@d d@!!ars was stolen by them out of my b@nk a@@0unt. (Had to change the wording). This place is horrible. Do t stay there unless you want to be bullied, accused of theft and all around treated terribly.

Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. There was no comforter on the bed, only a fitted sheet and a velvet blanket at the foot of the bed. There was dirt and debris all over the bed. There were dark drip stains down the exposed box spring. There was black mold growing on the ceiling from a water leak, the bathroom only had one towel and no other toiletries like the pictures suggested. In our friends room, there was an exposed outlet and the smoke detector was ripped out. We were in the rooms for a total of 5 minutes and went back down to the front desk to let them know we weren’t not satisfied with the quality of the rooms and would like to receive a refund. We were extremely polite and the conversation was going fine. She said she could not refund us, that only the manager could, and we would have to call and do that over the phone the next day. When we asked her for her name just so we could have it as a reference when we speak to the manager, she freaked out! Began yelling at us that it was not her fault we didn’t like the rooms, and that it was their policy that she could not refund us herself. She also kept insisting that room 301 was their best room (the one with the expose outlet) and she didn’t understand why we didn’t like the rooms. We are still trying to work out getting our money back 2 days later. They will not answer their phone.

We asked for a King Bed. What we got was a Queen Bed, but turned side ways. So it looked like a King until you laid down. It was wide across and short length wide. Also when we decided to go to bed we found that the bed only had one sheet. Had to ask the office for another. Would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!! Should have read the reviews!

There was no TV, no Wi-Fi, no flat sheet on the bed (just a blanket). There was no one at the desk for check in, I had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to arrive, no apology. Very very noisy at night, not partying, just some kind of mechanics, loud.

This is an outdated unkept hotel. No lobby desk clerk behind locked glass. Rust holes and dirt in room. Did not stay. Courtyards filthy with trash and no extra locks on door. Very small underground parking and area around noisy and dark

Stay away from this Hotel I recently emailed the General Owner to explain the current situation at this infested hotel. Not only that but he has these data stealing thieves working the front desk and selling the data to people in India, this of course is asumming I understood what they were speaking in their native language when I first encountered them, but I seen them taking pictures of personal Information from a previous guest and gave me a very surprising look him and his wife I believe, either way this place is trash and I definitely don’t recommend it to anyone, don’t believe the reviews, this place will have you running away soon as you step into the lobby.

Do not recommend. In my room the bathroom mirror and the toilet tank lid were both cracked, rust everywhere in the bathroom, stained shower curtain, slashed curtains like someone took a butcher knife to them, dirt and filthy on the AC unit control panel, thin and old linens, stained pillowcase, sticky floor, tiny space....and the "front desk" staff which was just a window seemed nice but out of touch with the business of running a hotel. The whole place seems run down, and I can't believe they're charging $98 a night. I've been more comfortable at a Motel 6. And I didn't even stay, I ended up booking another room at a Comfort Inn which was far better and cleaner

The hotel was beyond dirty. I have pictures of crumbs and hairs in the made bed. Expedia wouldn't give me a refund when the hotel staff didn't anwer the phone. Never stay here or trust expedia support.

The room had several repairs that needed to be made. The remotes did not work on either device. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk. Park was limited and designed for compact cars. The worst part was the yelling, fighting and banging on doors by "guests" or people that appeared to live there on a short term basis, which made it hard to sleep.

Loved the location, but the staff was somewhat rude, the parking lot was way too small, our room smelled and was very dirty (hair on everything, booger on the bed, toenail clipping on the floor, dust on everything, all of the sheets and towels were dirty and stained all over). If it weren’t for my pillow and sleeping bag from home I would have gotten another hotel. Also the tap water smelled like old mop water so we had our waters filled at various coffee shops on our trip. Felt like I was risking my life when i brushed my teeth.
