“Great Hotel”

Excellent location, wonderful rooms, fantastic service...we love this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

“very mexican styled”

The hotel is styled like several we have stayed in, in Mexico. its not new but quite comfortable and all of Old Town is right at your door. If you have problems with stairs it might not be right for you but we enjoyed it. We got to work off some of the great meals we had.

“Great Location”

This was our 1st trip to San Diego and we loved everything about it. The hotel staff, from check in to check out, were wonderful, in- cluding the maid service. Everyone was pleasant & helpful. The only bad thing that happened, and this was minor, was that some yahoo downloaded something pornographic onto the complimentary computer which screwed the whole computer up & it had to be shut down for most of our stay. Some idiot took advantage & we were not able to use the free computer/internet service that this hotel was nice enough to provide. Thank you to the deviant who ruined it for the rest of us! Anyway, I would recommend this hotel to all. It was a super location...close to downtown, Balboa Park(Zoo), Pt. Loma & the beaches. We rented a car w/ a GPS & we were set! We met our family out there & were we even able to get rooms next to each other. They really accomodated us. Luckily our rooms were right in the front of this large hotel complex so we had a minor trek to & from our rooms each day. I can't say enough good things about our experience other than I want to move out there!!!

“Stayed last years too..and it brought me back”

Great location, walking distance to all in Old Town. Close drive to everything, Balboa Park, Sea Word and the beaches. Very clean and well maintained.

“Great rooms in the heart of Old Town”

Our stay at Best Western in Old Town was great. The hotel was well taken care of and the staff was very frindly and attentive. I love the fact that you are so close to all the restauraunts and shops. The room felt as if you were tucked away in some secluded private area dispite the fact that the hotel is not very large. Great stay, Thanks!

“Great Location”

Very good deal considering location to local attractions. Rooms well appointed and clean. Refers in the rooms so if you want to save a few bucks, bring your own drinks and snacks. Sunday brunch very satisfying. Lots of variety for the cost. Secure parking a plus.

“LOVE THIS HOTEL”

The Best Western Hacienda Old Town is one of my favorite hotels. The rooms are spacious and clean. I always try to stay on the Plaza level where all of the rooms open onto a courtyard with a fountain and a view of the Old Town area. I have stayed here several times and have enjoyed it every time.

Very Clean and Relaxing Hotel. We Loved the Spanish Style Architexture, and loved the View we had of Downtown San Diego, we are definitely staying again soon.
