“Underwhelmed!”

Desk clerk demanded ID before he would unlock the door - even tho we had called ahead to give arrival time. He was rude and refused to assist me, a disabled person with my baggage. The first room had fecal matter on the walls. The second room had a broken slider to the balcony and could not be locked. The pool was murky and smelled badly. If it hadn't been nearly one am and I hadn't paid ahead thru expedia I would have called a cab and gone hotel hunting. The next morning the manager couldn't be bothered to address my concerns. he was too busy parking his Mercedes in the breezeway so he could admire it while he worked. Give this place a pass.

“Customer service issues”

Upon entering this motel to check in, my wife and I waited 20 minuets for a desk personnel to appear.Once he appeared, he had a poor attitude. He was frustrated about being the only personnel available and having other duties to attend to. I informed him that I wanted to check. During the stay as I went to the service desk I found myself waiting for an available personnel for service. On one of the nights stay, the room service personnel did not change the sheet on my bed!! No sir, I do not recommend this motel for stay for the money I spent!!!!

“Convenient”

I can say this hotel is good for staying with family. We stayed 2 nights during Thanksgiving and overall I satisfied with its service. The location is good for us to find cause it is just off from the freeway. Also the price is reasonable.

“Priced right for the money”

The room was adequate. Pretty basic set up. Can't complain for the price

“"Wonderful Staff"”

The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed in our room. Eva, the lady who worked during breakfast was very friendly and every morning ask if there was anything she could get for us. The manager (not sure of his name), offered to let us have a late checkout on the last day after finding out that we had a late flight from San Diego to Charlotte, NC. Even though the motel seems to be a little old, the staff worked hard to keep it as clean as possible. We were satisfied with the cleanliness of our room.

Would absolutely stay here again! The service was top notch, room was very clean and comfortable and the location so perfect!

This hotel was great for the price in this area ... beds were very comfortable and clean.

“Not Impressed”

Pictures on the web made it look real nice. But, it was rather run down. The sliding door to the pool was pinned shut because it was broken, we couldn't get out the door. Bathtub was clogged so it would back up when you'd take a shower. Carpet was dirty. Pool was dirty. Very disappointing.

“AWESOME PRICE AND STAY IN OCEANSIDE..VERY NICE MANAGER AND STAFF!!!”

THIS WAS A VERY NICE AND QUIET PLACE TO STAY DURING THE WEDDING WEEKEND. THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND SOOOO ACCOMDATING!!! THE MANAGER SARATH IS VERY NICE AND AWESOME..ALSO THE CLERK AT THE FRONT DEST SAMANTHA VERY PROFESSIONAL..EVEN THOUGH IT STATES ONLY 2.5 STARTS GIVE THEM A CHANCE. THE PRICE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE THROUGH EXPEDIA. I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. :-) ALL IN ALL...THE BRIDE WAS HAPPY SOO WAS THE BRIDAL PARTY!!
