The room was very clean and property very quite for a Friday night. It would be nice if the lobby offered coffee and water , perhaps a small breakfast

The room was nice and included a microwave and small refrigerator which we appreciate it. Plenty of hot water in the shower and bath. A good access point to Joshua Tree national Park

The stay was ok for the price. The walls in the bathroom needed to be cleaned. It looked like the maintenance guy was there and put his dirty hands on the bathroom wall and bathroom door.

Disaster!
The first room they gave us was so dirty. The bed had lots of dirt on the sheets and the comforter had stains, the sofa was also full if dirt stains. The staff was helpful to give us another room but the room still didn't have enough towels for showering. The hotel is very old and unkept and has a bad moldy odor. Not worth the $100 we paid for the night!

Good location, near stores and freeways. Wish you could park more than 1 car but understandable because the lot isn’t too big. Rooms were in fair condition.

Old and outdated. No services. Morning breakfast not available. In room coffee maker no available. TV MENU not available. Not the right amount of towels available for two people. If you wanted hot water you had to turn on the Cold water. They charged the full amount of the room when we checked in. We will never go to a RODEWAY INN again. The price for the three day stay was a rip off. This place gives Expedia a bad name.

Little hiccup on my trip
I stayed for one night. Everything was okay other than getting my deposit back while checking out. I did a cash deposit and apparently my name was written on a different room number. I believe Mina was front desk employee taking care of my reservation at the time. My deposit was given to someone else that had check out same day. I had to wait for Kal, also a front desk associate, to to fix the mix up. I did get my deposit back thankfully. Unfortunately it shortened my travel time to the airport and I was stressed out about missing my flight. Overall great stay. I wasn’t too happy about the deposit situation though but front desk handled my situation very well to assure that everything was fixed upon departure.

I booked a room for me and my boyfriend because our air was not working at home. We stayed in room 125 a smoking room. The rokm was so hot. I called down to front desk and let them know the air is blowing not very hot and not circulating. I left the room for two hours with ac on in hope of a chilled room when i got back. And it wasnt. I called back they sent a staff to my room to check it out they where trying to convince.me into beliving this is how the air blows. I had to tell the ive stayed at this establishment before so i know that your lying. I went i To explain medical condition that my boyfriend and i have and they basically was like ok annnndddd. I asked her if the room can be discounted due to the specific feature of air. She wanted me to check out at 12am and they would refund me a portion. So i let them know ok you willing to give me money back but not discounted. That was strange to me. But was willing to put me out at 1230am

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

Only one car was allowed per room on the property and only 2 people allowed per room with “no visitors” or other guests. Very dirty looking room upon arrival. Sink smelled like sewage. Only 2 bath towels were in the room (upon request we could get 2 more from the office). Property said new bedding was available upon request, but when requested none was provided because housekeeping was “no longer on the property” at 4pm. Better than not having a hotel, but definitely won’t book again. Not worth $135/night. The value was worth probably closer to 80.

The Roadway Inn & Suites in Colton, Ca Is very clean and close to the freeway I-215 and the I-10 freeways. Walking distance to city bus transit, Walmart and many fast food restaurants including small businesses, cell phone retailers, legal services, smoke shops, liquor stores, pizza restaurant, 21 n over Bar, just a block north. Lots of room on the street for Big Rigs or RVs.

The room was absolutely filthy, there was trash all over the floor and it was sticky, the toilet seat was full of urine, there were no towels and when I went to ask they said they didn’t have any, the bathtub was dirty, the sink was full of toothpaste. The room just looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I will never be staying here again.
