I was on the second floor. During my stay 2-3 times I had to get my key exchanged to open my door. The door would flash Red and Green and once maintenance had to come and recharge the doors battery. I had gone down 3 times while carrying my breakfast to get my door open. The first time the front desk Manager was on a personal phone call with his girl friend (It was that obvious and the other female staff knew it too). Unfortunately the Desk Manager just gave me another set of key cards and I went back again carrying my breakfast and they didn’t work either. The third time he sent the maintenance man up to charge the door lock. I was almost late for my Court Case. That was the reason I was in town. I don’t know if there is anything that can be done about the Weed Smell permeating the hallways. Fortunately it did not make it inside my room. The breakfast was very good when I finally got to eat it the first day. The other days were good as well. I like to grab and go and eat in my room while I get ready. Every time I left my room I was concerned I would be locked out and have to go back down stairs and get cards and then a maintenance man.

Room was clean and the staff was nice. Stayed for a weekend to attend a rave so we were hardly in the room. Not to mention the continental breakfast was an added plus. Definitely will stay again.

i lived how quiet and calm it was. Super convenient getting to and from the NOS Center. One thing i didnt like was not having parking coming back from the even. the parking was full, had to park in the jack in the box next door.

Fridge was not clean when we checked into our room (still contained various items left behind by the previous guests). Breakfast food was fine, but serving utensils and dishes did not appear to be clean. Other guests were shouting in the halls and making lots of noise due to some kind of domestic dispute situation in the early morning hours.

We stayed for the weekend for a soccer tournament and this location was super conveniently located next to the freeway. Easy to find parking. Wish there were charging stations available closer or at this location for guests.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful and clean and the bed was very comfortable but there is a very noisy train close by that kept blowing its horn about every 30 minutes throughout the night. That’s the only problem we had.
