“I'll stay again!”
The hotel and staff were great! Cookies and coffee in the lobby, happy hour in the evening, great breakfast with omelets made to order--all complimentary. The room was nice and big. Lot's of convenient food options. Price was great. I'd be happy to return!
“An excellent hotel experience”
I was pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of this hotel. Although located adjacent to a busy street, and my room looked out on to that street, it was quiet and comfortable. Easy access to the freeway and only a short walking distance to three restaurants were other plusses. Staff was uniformly efficient and friendly. Beer and wine reception in the evening was a nice surprise. Room was large and clean. Only downside was the older model TV and lack of more channels. I would have expected a flat screen. Nevertheless, this will be my hotel in future trips to Redlands.
“Everything we were looking for!”
We went for a weekend getaway and were extremely impressed! The room was spacious and the bed was actually confortable with lots of pillows. We had both a refrigerator and a microwave which cut down on expenses. The breakfast was fabulous, with belgian waffles and the usual fare of course, but we were pleasantly surprised to get microwaved eggs and bacon and sausage which was quite good! The pool and spa was immaculate. I was able to also take full advantage of the exercise room and a computer with internet was available. The service was very attentive and I can't wait till I need another weekend getaway to return!
“Big new nicely decorated...close to skiing in Big Bear”
The hotel is brand new. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. The complimentary breakfast is a step up from a continental breakfast. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
“Will return for next rave”
My friend and I were going to a rave, and we chose this hotel because to be honest all of the close ones were sold out. But next time we travel to this area, we will be staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are very roomy and comfy. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The breakfast was gross however, so if you are staying here I'd recommend going to the ihop next door (even though it is free breakfast, I'd still recommend going to ihop). We also never got our room cleaned on the second day even though we put the housekeeping sign up by 2pm. But I'm sure if we would have mentioned it to the staff they would've taken care of it. The pool area was very nice, not crowded at all and plenty of parking for it's guests. Only other problem I can think of would be the walls are paper thin. We had a crying kid next door, but again this wasn't the hotel's fault. I will be gladly returning to this hotel this fall.
“Great place to stay.”
We were really impressed with the room size and the ammenities that were provided. The kitchenette was great, there was a nice desk area to set up our computer. The room was attractive, nice decor and well tended. Loved the ceiling fan. We used the pool each day, that was well cared for and clean. The morning breakfast was great, loved the make your own waffles! Overall the Country Inn and Suites is a great place to stay, and I would recommend it to a friend.

“Country Inn & Suites”
The hotel was very nice and the room was large. The king bed was in an alcove off the main living room. There was a refrigerator, counter and microwave. The bathroom was a decent size and not cramped. There is a full breakfast with made to order waffles and omelets.
“Large room, good breakfast”
These are quality rooms for the money. Extra space for lounging, complete with fridge, kitchen sink and microwave. The rooms are nice decorated. Definitely a place I would use again. If planning on staying a while, check on cooking supplies.
“nice place to stay”
hotel is located along the frontage road and a bit out of the way, not next to restaurants or shopping, although everything is within a mile or two by car. great breakfast spread, terrific Internet access, clean and comfortable with mini fridge and microwave, spacious room.
