Room was clean. Only spoke to women at check in and the housekeeper once - they were friendly and professional. In 4 days at hotel no one else looked up from check-in desk to acknowledge or greet us as we came back to the hotel.
There were out of order signs on vending machines and doors (going where?) You can only enter by the front door. There were only two handicap spaces so in the evening when returning had to park in the back of the hotel. Side door can not be opened from outside (not even with key card). So had to use walker and return to front of hotel to enter. It was a little scary due to the lack of other business around the hotel.
