“"i would come back"”

My boyfriend and i went to SA for spring break, and we had a blast. the room was comfy the location was down the street from six flags. the staff was very friendy and very helpful. Everytime we came back to the room it was clean and neat. The hotel looks a bit dated but it was fine. The only problem was the room next to ours did not follow the non smoking rules and one night of our vacation i smelled smoke for three hours. but the staff took care of it. The price ws great for our budget and we would stay again.

“Good value for the money”

Newly renovated. Freshly painted, new carpet in rooms. Front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. Very clean! We felt safe at this motel.

“Going back to SA”

Hotel is outdated physically. Service was good. Breakfast is extremely limited. Very close to the freeway and when I asked them to print our boarding passes they did it without a fuss.

“Luxurious no, Affordable YES”

While this hotel was certainly not the Ritz, we were pleased with our stay and overall experience. The room was clean and didn't smell like smoke. There was nothing fancy or luxurious, but it met our needs of an affordable hotel room. The in-room refridgerator was handy to keep our drinks cool. I would definitely recommend this for students or young couples who just need an affordable place to crash without any bells or whistles.

“Telling it like it really is......”

The check-in clerk was very friendly. The room was clean but it didn't have that clean room smell. The aroma of the room was stale not fresh. The restroom was compacted. The room did include a microwave and refrigerator which was excellent. The bed was very hard and pillow were extremely flat. The check out time is at 11:00 so why did housekeeping coming knock on the door at 9:30 and then return back at 10:20. Excuse me check out time is at 11:00 please come back after I am gone. That was not cool at all. But I got a good rate for the room, and I was only staying for one night, so it was decent. The

“For the price, not too bad”

This hotel is no Ritz by any means. The place has a musty smell to it but for the price it was ok. We got what we paid for. The people were all very pleasant and helpful. If the hotel had a few updates it would be a nice place to stay. We stayed 2 nights and would stay there again, well if we were ever going to go back to Six Flags (which we will not, what a waste three rides all day long). The location was great.

“Night Clerk Was A Total Jerk !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Only had 1 premium channel HBO that had a loud intermittent audio buzz . There was a placard of th channels in the room , but not all of them were available . When I checked in at 1:00 am the night clerk was a total jerk . When I showed him the itinerary you sent me he was a total tool saying he did not see any of that on the reservation about the late checkout request and that I could check out no later than noon . The only thing I could do would be to talk to the morning desk clerk as he did not have the authority to grant me the checkout time of 2 or 3 . That alone gave me anxiety so I could not sleep very well . Went in at 10:00 am to talk the the morning clerk lady who said she would cal the owner to see if she could honor the late checkout request . As I was grabbing my breakfast she called me to the counter to inform me the owner had auhtorized a 2:00 pm checkout . Had to get up to confront them about the request so I had trouble trying to go back to sleep so I did not get the rest I was hoping for. Very disappointing .

“Affordable place near UT San Antonio”

I spent one night here because of its location near UTHSCSA. For its intended purpose, it's OK. I wouldn't expect anything more than a quick stay.
