“Nice motel for the money”

Room was satisfactory for the price. Very convient to Riverwalk , Alamo, and Missions. Not best neighborhood but had no problems. Excelent free breakfast...washer and dryer worked very well $1.00 each. Air conditioner worked all the time when on ...to cold

“GREAT bargain hotel”

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean room, not the Hilton but not Hilton prices. 5 minute walk to the top of the Riverwalk and another 15mins along Riverwalk to Downtown. If you don't like the walk, VIA bus #8 goes right past the hotel for $1. Interstate is close and a bit noisy but the AC masked most of that sound and we slept soundly. We were so pleased with our first stay that we rebooked for our return trip a week later. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The hotel was surprisingly quiet, given that is is located about 300 ft from I-35. The continental breakfast was good and plentiful. The lighted parking lot provided an added measure of security. Unfortunately, the hotel is located in an older part of north downtown San Antonio but it provides an economical solution to staying in downtown. I would definitely return to this location.

“Vacation”

This motel is in an older part of town. Not very many things around ,old neihborhoods. Very close to food and fun. I chose to use a taxi service to go to the riverwalkand a six dollars it was well worth it. Sits right next to the freeway but did not hear the road noise at night. Yes I will stay here again. It was way more than I expected for the price. Staff was very efficient and obliging. I'd call it a great value and would definitly stay there again.

Air travel was great and the super 8 downtown/rivewrewalk was very clean and everyone was very helpful,and things were very accessible.

“Few kinks but location close to main attractions”

We arrived at the hotel before 3pm but were still allowed to check in which was great because we were tired and wanted to nap after spending all morning at the zoo. When we went into our room we weren't too please by the comforter and there was a wet spot in the carpet near the door that could have been made if they had recently cleaned the carpet. There was a slight smell of bleach which indicated that they had cleaned, however, there was some hair in the bathtub. The sheets seemed a little small because they kept coming off of the corners of the bed and we are not the kind of people that move around a lot in our sleep. The sheets and towels did smell and look clean which was great. Overall, despite a few kinks, I would stay there again because it is close to the Riverwalk, Zoo, Japanese Tea Garden and and HEB and the service was good.
