It was very loud at times (renters in close proximity), which made getting a restful night's sleep difficult. The refrigerator/freezer leaked. Upholstered furniture in this unit should be deep cleaned. It has a musty, animal odor. This facility is located directly in front of a private school; and navigating the morning and afternoon drop-off/pickup traffic was tricky.

This is actually a nice place to stay and RAYMOND is very nice as well, informative and professional! The lady that answers the emergency line and in the morning is NOT!! VERY RUDE and SHORT with you. Even though my room and property looked and felt cleaned they must’ve had a roach infestation because I found 3 dead roach skins on the floor by the door and couch and on the morning of departure and a live one on the stove.

The courtyard is a nice touch of greenery with all the construction being down around the building. The suites came with plates, cups and utensils which was is nice that you don’t have to bring your own to use the kitchen. Well designed floor plan for an extended stay away from home.

This property is so cute! It was like a 1 bedroom apartment! Had everything we needed! Very quiet and clean! Wished they were in alllll states! The check in process was very cool! They have a lockbox with your key card if you have to arrive after hours! I loved it!

Had to buy Brillo pad to clean cookware prior to use, 3-4 light bulbs blown, asked to be changed; never happen though they promised they would. Floors dirty. No trash cans at guest entrance so there trash thrown on the ground by others.

Key card issues
We checked in with no problem but found our room was dirty. Text the manager and he got us moved to a new room very quickly. Had to use the app to access door and got a new key cards the next day. But then new cards were not working and used app again as a back up. Then the morning we were leaving, we took a load to the truck and we got locked out of building. Key cards and app would not work. It was quickly resolved again but this was an ongoing problem that I’d like seen fixed before our next visit.

Our hotel stay was an overnight stay, but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I appreciate the larger size room with a separate sitting area for watching TV when you are not ready to go to bed. It is great for extended stays since there is a full kitchen for cooking meals. My daughter and I stayed there for a week while showing at the livestock show and it was perfect. Biggest plus was that my truck did not get broken into or stolen!!

Kind staff. Only had 1 luggage cart, which was an inconvenience considering the spread out nature of the property. Deposit is really too excessive. It was almost double what our 2 night stay cost! Otherwise a great experience.

Like having your own apartment!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfortable, and staff was very helpful. It was like having our own little apartment. Full size kitchen with pots and pans, I would suggest the add baking pans. At least a cookie sheet. Bed was very comfortable. Big flat screen tv’s. Love they had a gym and laundry on premises. We had our Son, daughter-in-law, and 2 grand-babies cone over and hang out with us. Made dinner most nights. The courtyard is wonderful. Nice patio furniture, gas fireplace, and BBQ. I felt very safe . You have to have a keycard to get into the rooms area. Fully enclosed by door with keycard access only. Great AC. We even were able to extend our stay. I will be keeping my eye out while traveling for more StayAPT!

Great play to stay! 5 stars for sure!
Wow! What a wonderful stay, place, and location. The staff was fantastic and our room was spectacular. You could have not asked for better service. The room set up is perfect especially for a family or someone who wants to have a little extra space. Laminate floors were great (carpeting can be so gross). We plan on returning and staying at similar locations if there is one where we are traveling to.
