It wasn’t the cleanest hotel we have stayed at. I found ants in the restroom and hairs on the couches that were not ours. Towels smelled dirty even tho they were “clean”

We had a great time. The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean we did not have to complain about anything. I really like that they have their own security. I will definitely stay there again.

The safe in the room was not operable. The TV programs kept freezing up on all channels. Valet parking guys were excellent. Place just needs some routine maintenance

This hotel's primary value is its closeness to the Riverwalk in San Antonio. Beyond that, I did not find it to be a value for the money. When I made the reservation, I was charged roughly $340/night for 3 nights' stay, nonrefundable. When I arrived at the hotel, I had to pay an additional $25/night "destination fee," as well as $45/night self parking fee. For that fee, my wife and I were provided with a small room on the 24th floor. One of the light switches was stuck in the on position and could not be turned off. The hotel agreed to fix it, but only when I was out of the room for the whole day. I decided to just unscrew the bulb and forego the inconvenience. The TV was located on a wall that was to the side of the bed, which meant you had to crane your neck to watch it. They could easily have relocated the bed to another wall to enable watching TV comfortably from the bed. Also, the TV kept pixillating and freezing due to poor reception. The main restaurant location was closed, and guests wishing to dine there were told to sit in the lobby bar, which was very inconvenient. The NCAA final four was on TV, and a man came up and asked if he could borrow a chair from our table. We said yes, thinking he would move the chair somewhere else to watch the game. No, he sat down at our table with us, which tended to spoil our dinner together. The food was mediocre at best. All in all, I would compare it to a 2-3 star hotel, for which we paid 4 star prices.

Our second night there we kept hearing an awful banging sound (imagine your washing machine when it is off balance). We called the office at 8:30 pm and were told someone would come right up. No one ever came. It turned out to be one of the elevators. It was deafening all night long. Three kids and no one slept at all.

The over all stay was nice everything is walking distance which was super convenient since we didn’t have to drive anywhere, the only thing that happened was they charged us twice, and wouldn’t return it, they put a hold on it until we checked out so we had two charges and had to wait until our stay was over to receive that money back. They said there was a mix up or something. Luckily it didn’t affect us but it was a $800 hold plus our actual charge for the room. So that sucked. But other than that it was a nice place to stay they made rooms smaller from what they use to be but has nice updated restroom and nice views.

Management lied to my face. Dirty and got sick. You have to walk to the cafe because no room service or rented movies or bellhops. Everyone eats in the center where you walk in. $46 parking limited. Homeless people. No taxis or hotel shuttle

HVAC set to "AC" in winter ao rho hwt didn't wasn't available until a tech came up to fix it. The bathroom being dropped for two hours and we used a trash bit to catch the drop. No explanation as to what that was about. The electrical outlet in the room had some sort of "safety feature" (?) that presented the lamp from being plugged in No instructions available to help with this--and no use of lamp. The room wasn't worth the cost. . That said, the beehives on the roof were great, and the staff was amazing in helping with a friend's health crisis (low blood sugar) in the middle of the night. Much, MUCH appreciated.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is large and held a lot of people on NYE but we still never heard anything when we went to bed. Housekeeping was great. Right on the Riverwalk but not at a particularly noisy end and it is attached to a mall and several restaurants which was convenient. We’d stay here again.
