upon checking in I was given a card key that didn't work so I had to take it back for reactivation and then still didn't work. They moved me rooms to the 3rd floor and card key still didn't work so manager had to open it with a key. So I had no card key to go in and out of my room. I am a female and I was checking in alone so saftey is a priority. When I got to my room the latch ( the 2nd lock the door usually has) was broken and I could not use it. There seemed to be several people just wondering outside the building and it just felt unsafe to me but I am a worrier so this is only my opinion

They had a dirty room. Didnt care to go look at the oudes around my toilet an blood . Acted offended for questing or requesting for it to be clean. N refused just offered sheets. The room was fine the prices were fine. Had trouble at other hotels in the area so our check in was late at night/early morning but when i went to check in i walked into the office and 4 people were standing there trying to find the person at the desk one said i think he is in that room behind the desk sleeping. After waiting 45 minutes i decided to knock on the door i knocked louder and louder until i decided to give the door 3 good kicks ( my room was paid for and it was 3 am) then i heard someone say 1 minute i let him handle the people that waited longer than me and then i got into my room. When i arrived origionally i noticed a sign that said " new managment new rooms" upon leaving after check out i noticed someone changed the sign to " new managment sucks D*** im guessing it was one of the people that waited longer than i did

I like it was close to places I needed to go. Did not like that I was charged twice. Front desk guy said I should get a refund . There was weird like animal noises/crawling at night through the ceiling or walls so I turned on the tv and side light.

Good but not safe environment for kids
It was decent and nice for the price. Wouldn’t book it again with my child. 1-3am bunch of guys coming in and out of the room across from us and being extremely loud (the women looked like prostitutes) The doors to exit in the back weren’t locked. Walking thru the halls smelt like cigarettes and weed. Recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay without a child. Room was nice, clean, did love the room just hated that it didn’t feel safe with my daughter.

There was no trash bin in the room. There were only 2 bath towels in the room where at least 4 persons can stay. And the coffee machine was very dirty. It had some dirty water inside. Thank God I checked before trying to make some coffee in the morning.

Horrible!
Yikes! This hotel was not good. They gave us a key to a room that was being used and/ or was dirty- bed was not made, trash was everywhere and toilet was clogged. We were given another room ( on the smoking floor, I imagine because it reeked of cigarette smell ) and that room’s toilet was also clogged, the bed sheets had cigarette burns, and we spotted some roaches. Did not end up staying there that night!

This is one of the worse hotels i have ever stay. The smell of it was horrible a combination of mold, wead and cigar. The hallway was so noisy. The room was dirty, and we didnt have water. Beyond terrible
This was one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed at. Confronted right after checking in by someone trying to sell us drugs. Myself and my children. Made our way to the room it was infested with roaches. And was the wrong room. When we got the correct room. It was dirty as well. Food left in refrigerator from prior guests. During the entire process. I noticed countless numbers of prostitues walking the hallway. Walls inside hotel had graffiti and gang graffiti spray painted on the walls.

There are roaches crawling everywhere even on the beds. I have sent pictures in an email to the health board. This is the kind of hotel that needs to be shut down.

Good for a quick trip
Quick weekend trip to San Antonio. We didn’t need much, just some beds to sleep in, but the location was definitely wore down and the bathroom definitely needed a deep cleaning. The beds were a bit stiff but they worked for the weekend. Definitely a reasonable price for a quick trip and a good location for getting where we were going. Lots of restaurants real close to the hotel.

Never again! Look elsewhere
It was horrible. The bed was not comfortable, it squeaked a lot when turning. The room was infested with dead and alive cockroaches. The elevator was not working and the fire alarm had wiring sticking out. I would not recommend this place at all. It was my first and last time staying there. I had spoken to lily housekeeping regarding the infestation and she mentioned it was exterminated two weeks ago. And no one bother to check on the room and clean it since? The hotel also refused my refund despite housekeeping telling me to request it. I took pictures and everything. Never again. Please stay away from here! The hotel was also reported to metrohealth!

The rooms seemed clean but until the roaches started crawling on the floor everywhere. Also they let me look into two other rooms to see if my family would like to move into one of those and the same problem in the other rooms where the roaches crawling all over the floor.The worker said I could get a refund but her manager would have to do it that morning. I called the next day all day no one answered the phone.

I wish they wouldn’t allow smoking in this hotel because it is all down the halls. I mean not cigarette smoke either. But it doesn’t matter no smoking period in the rooms. But that is just my feelings. If no smoking it could be better

Reserved on king size. Room was on the 3rd floor. The elevator was not working. There were people hanging out in the stairway. Sitting and laying on the steps and someone in the 3rd floor entrance doings hardcore drugs. The smell was horrible. Stayed less than 15 minutes and left with a headache from the smell. Was only refunded for 2 of the 3 nights. Would not recommend.
