Hotel is conveniently located on the river walk within the walking distance to restaurants and attractions. We had a great stay in one of the river view rooms. We only had a breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the outside seating. All staff we had contact with were polite and helpful.

This is an older property. It’s very central to the river walk, so if that’s where you’re going it’s perfect. Man of The rooms open to outside & have glass patio doors. I wouldn’t have felt safe if I wasn’t with my husband. The parking is either valet or a garage across the street. I really felt uncomfortable leaving my vehicle in the parking garage. The room was okay. We did have a roach crawling across the bathroom. The elevator is small & old. It’s just an old and odd hotel.

Beautiful older historic hotel right on the river walk. The pool area is very nice and you are able to walk to the Alamo and all the restaurants along the river. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to San Antonio.

This property is very, very tired. Outdated color scheme, worn carpets, hallways walking to rooms worn and tired, door to room required a very hard pull to close. The only upside is that it is close to the riverwalk. This is certainly not up to the standards you respect from an Omni property.

We loved this place. We parked across the street for $10 a day v/s $50 or $60 valet @ hotel. Staff is super friendly & helpful. The entire hotel is clean & upscale. Our room was huge & wonderful. Clean as well. The restaurant on site was great! The food was really good & staff was friendly. The bar was nice, we took our cocktails outside & drank in the courtyard. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk which we loved. We will definitely return.

Liked everything about this hotel. Location on the Riverwalk is perfect. We had a spacious room that was both elegant and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Great 2 night stay!!

The room had no towels. For a busy eclipse weekend, the hotel bar had only 1 bartender/waiter working. They could have done better.

Outstanding service and a beautiful hotel! Staff was very attentive. My request for adjoining rooms was granted which allowed my family to spend more time together. Our rooms overlooked the River Walk which was also beautiful.

The hotel’s system was down during our entire stay so our credit card information was stored on a small piece of paper written down by hotel staff. Felt very risky having my info outside of the computer system.

Upon learning of this issue, Omni immediately took steps to shut down its systems to protect and contain its data. As a result, certain systems were brought offline, most of which have been restored. Only downside to staying here is the parking situation. Hotel itself only had valet. However there is a parking deck literally across the street for $10. We did valet on our final night for $50 just to make loading the car at check out easier.

First time visiting San Antonio with family. We did some research on the property but unfortunately not enough. Few things to consider before booking. There is NO parking at the property. Ballet parking is $50 and the public parking across the street is $30 overnight. Our room had no microwave and NO windows at all. (We had a double glass door) which we totally disliked. There is also no washer/ dryer available for guests.

Parking was questionable. $60 to valet for one night is a bit over the top. We parked across the street, but was a bit inconvenient. The registration upon arrival was really a nightmare because there is little access to registration except for two cars at a time and you have to be out on the street before you can get into the hotel. Other than that the hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed it.

Loved it! Very family friendly. The hotel is located in prime area! It is built on the river walk and a family friendly walk to the Alamo. No complaints. Staff was amazing and facility was awesome. This will be my families go to hotel when we travel to San Antonio.

We booked a room with a river view. Location of hotel is ideal and people watching from our balcony was great. Really enjoyed our stay. The Riverwalk is a great area to explore.
