“Can't wait to go back”

Over all comfortable, Friendly, and clean. If your on a budget and have kids. You might want to consider staying somewhere else. Swimming pool (too small). The river walk is just outside the lobby door and the Alamo is outside walking distance from the back lobby door. No free coffee. But, the coffee is great! worth the price. No free parking either.

“San Antonio Hyatt Regency”

The hotel was wonderful and it's location right on the riverwalk in San Antonio was extremely convenient to sightseeing and finding restaurants. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Exceeded expectations...”

Overall it is an excellent Hotel. Below the Lobby you can head out to the River Walk or to the Alamo on the other side. Very clean and comfortable and the gym and pool on the 11th floor is a great place to go relax, take in the view and a few pictures as well. I accidentally left a sports coat and called back to make sure it was there and they confirmed it. Living in Austin I told them I would go back and get it in a week or two. Three days later they called me back to let me know that they would be sending it to me via UPS at no charge to me!!!! This was very unexpected and exceeded my expectations, as this would never happened at other Hotels or Cities. So Yay!! To the Hyatt Regency and to San Antonio for such a great detail. One area they can improve on is having more literature and/or maps available as to the near by attractions in reference to our location.

“Good location”

I would stay again -- across the street from the Alamo -- near shopping, restaurants, opens to the Riverwalk. Nice restaurant with buffet breakfast, maintenence fixed any problems right away -- friendly, helpful staff. I was traveling alone and I felt completely safe and secure.

“LOVED IT!!!”

We had a great stay the Hyatt. Everyone was very friendly and the service was quick even when our remote control needed batteries, they came quick and were polite. The hotel is beautiful including the sky pool which we loved the most. The location was the best by far. One step out the door and you are in the middle of the Riverwalk! We got a discounted price because of the season so due to the actual expense of the room we may not ever be able to return which makes me sad but it made for a lovely anniversary weekend :)

“Wonderful place”

This hotel was more than what we expected. It was very clean and right on the riverwalk and the Alamo was right across the street. Will stay here again when we come back to San Antonio.

“fabulous location and service”

everything exceeded our expectations. we knew it was beautiful, with the river running through, but everyone was extra friendly and helpful, from the valet parkers, to breakfast service the day we left. We were particularly impressed with the food and wine at the bar. This will always be where we meet the rest of our family, or party.

“Great but pricy experience.”

The hotel was a bit pricy but all in all it was excellent, the room was perfect in every way although complimentary wireless internet would be nice since the almost $11 a day fee seems a bit excesive considering the room rate and also taking into account that lesser and hence cheaper hotels offer this service for free.
