“Awesome stay”
I had been inside this hotel years before. I noticed an updated look in lobby and in my room. Stayed there for 2 nights with my family. Definitely will go back in the future. Great for those partying & going to The Market 2 blocks up.

I am a tough critic when it comes to hotels and restaurants, got to admit that this hotel met all my expections and above.

We booked at this hotel at the last minute and the place was very clean and nice, however there was a little unorganization at check in. We went during spring break and there were a lot of people checking in and I believe they should have been better prepared for the turn out, but overall, Ill go there again. The management staff was very professional along with the non-managment team.

Yes, I would recommend this hotel to others. It is clean, comfortable and prices are very reasonable. It is centrally located and from there, everything is easily accessible. The folks are friendly and helpful. We found our stay very comfortable. We will stay there again and we are looking forward to it.

We spent 4 days at the Holiday Inn Market Square. Staff was pretty nice and were always ready to help, one of them even printed out a map for us to get to the Botanical Garden. I give staff and personnel a 10. Hotel has a free shuttle to The Alamo and Riverwalk but even if you don't take the shuttle and you have a car, you can get to downtown in about 5 minutes! It's also very easy to reach from the 35 freeway and about 15-20 minutes drive to airport. Room was ok, our beds were made and cleaned every day but I was not sure that they cleaned the carpet in the room regularly (although the cleaning person decided to start vacuuming the corridor at 8AM on Sunday LOL) I didn't tried the hotel restaurant but it didn't seem that good. We did buy some muffins from there and they were kind of bad. Even despite those two previous things I've mentioned, I wouldn't doubt to stay there again. It was a pleasant, trouble-free stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to San Antonio.

Checked in on Monday afternoon and noticed food trays outside of several doors which did not bother me, but in the morning when I left the hotel @ 10:00am the same food trays were still out in hall. Everything else about this hotel was great, but room service pick up must have been real slow that day.
