“Convenient/Friendly”

Went for a convention and location was perfect. They were extremely accomodating to any requests and followed up to make sure we received anything we asked for. I was very impressed with the property, especially considering the volume of people from the convention. Would definitely stay again. I was also impressed with the City of San Antonio. Would love to return.

“Riverwalk Experience”

I was interested in seeing the Riverwalk because I heard of it and was told it was a "must see." The Hilton Palacio del Rio is located right on the "rio"! What an excellent way to experience the Riverwalk atmosphere!

“Handicap Persons”

I am a paraplegic and I will say that when my husband graduated from Lackland and I was there to see every part of what he has been through, I was pleased to call Hilton my home for the weekend. I was treated with respect. I was able to bathe myself with the accomadations and I loved the Riverwalk view. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit the Riverwalk or Lackland AFB. Thank you Hilton for being a friend of the ADA.

“Great Location”

I loved that this hotel was so close to many activities. We walked to the Alamo, Ripley's, Rivercenter Mall and a lot of great food! This is ideal for a family vacation. The balcony views were awesome at night!!

“Wonderful RiverWalk Hotel”

This hotel is located in a very convenient spot on the RiverWalk, making it easy to access everything. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

“Riverwalk Balcony”

The Hilton Palacio del Rio is an incredible hotel, located in a great spot. The River view rooms are a must. The view is terrific and provide a great view of Downtown. I will definitely return to this hotel when I am back in San Antonio.

You will feel pampered from the moment you enter the doors to your departure. I would not hesitate to stay here again and again.

“Planning another stay”

All of the employees from parking attendents to housekeeping were extremely courteous and helpful. They were all customer friendly. We will definitely be staying there again. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The view from the balcony looking over the riverwalk was awesome.
