Emplacement parfait.
Cet hôtel est tres proche de la Riverwalk et de "the Alamo". Facilement faisable à pieds. Chambres propres et bien équipées. Parking sur place pour 30$. Personnel à la réception très agreable et compétent. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prevu et avons pu avoir notre chambre malgre tout. Petit dejeuner copieux. Un petit point d'amélioration pour l'hôtel : les distributeurs de shampoing et de gel douche étaient vides dans notre salle de bain.

Staff was very helpful. Room and breakfast were good. The Hampton was more secure than other nearby properties, but you may encounter some homeless in that area of the city. The gated parking was $32 per night and there are less expensive options available but it means walking and may be les secure.

The Combination Bath Tub was slippery .Does need a bath mat inside tub.Before someone falls and gets hurt. had to always hold onto the safety bar while showering.

For the price, Hampton Inn was an excellent place to stay. The breakfast was always hot and fully stocked. The pool was clean and well-kept. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a bit of a hike to the Riverwalk, but the Alamo is definitely within walking distance. Again, for the price, I highly recommend.

Aside from the $35/day for parking this hotel is perfect for any type of stay. The location is just right, near everything you may need within walking distance.

The facility is like most Hampton Inns, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and always with a smile. Breakfast was very, good, hot and fresh. Room was clean and as a king bed suite, roomy with desk and couch. Area is not the best, mostly because there is not much around, kind of desolated. But 3 blocks away you have everything from mall, riverwalk, The Alamo, and downtown San Antonio. The price was unbeatable and we would stay again without any problem.

Dirtiest room I’ve stayed in, in a long time. Shower was lined with red mold, the water leaked, more like flowed, from the shower so bad that it went into the hallway. Had to put towels on the floor of the shower it was that dirty and gross. Hand towels had stains on them. Room was very noisy, must have been beside a bunch of water heaters or tanks because it sounded like a toilet flush every 30 seconds-a minute. Asked for a blanket and got a comforter sanitary sheet, like that does any good. Super disappointed because the reviews seemed okay. Also parking was $32/day, I’ve paid less at the Boca Raton. Never written a review on here but feel the need to for this one.

Paying $32 a night for parking is ridiculous. I've never had to pay for parking at any other Hampton, before booking here it would have been nice to be warned about parking fees instead of "Parking available" which to me is false advertising. The beds were so uncomfortable and the sheets had yellow stains. The water in the tub would back up. This will be the first and last time I will ever stay here.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were great and had excellent service. I like to thank the young man( 17 year old) working the front desk. He was super kind and always greeted. Actually the whole staff at the front desk were great. I have stayed at many hotels and the staff here at this property was probably one of the best in hospitality. The cleaning ladies were great also and always asked if we needed our cleaned. I didn't drive but I do think the rate is too high, those are NYC prices( I live in NYC). Definitely would stay here again!

The outlet in the bathroom did not work, the shower curtain was ripped off on the bottom which let most of the shower water to run out all over the bathroom floor, there was a roach on the shower floor, had trouble with blind working properly, no exhaust fan in bathroom.

We always stay at Hampton Inn’s all over America and love the beds but for some reason our king bed was a hard bed. Neither of us slept well at all. There was hair in the bathroom shower when we opened shower door. Also, housekeeper walked in, no knock, just key opened in on my spouse naked as she was walking into restroom by front door

Walking distance is about 5 minutes from the Riverwalk, but it was okay for me. And parking was perfectly safe because it is gated and you can't get in without a room key.
