“Nice accommadations”

Nice, clean, good-looking hotel. Stayed on 20-th floor, elevator was always available. Brunch was outstanding. Top-rate fitness center. No hot top at swimming pool (laps pool). Dining patio opened up to the river walk.

“Friendly, great service!”

Wonderful place. Very friendly and helpful staff (quickly brought me more hangers upon request). Convenient business center and 24 hour convenience shop. Great location (on Riverwalk and across from the mall, nearby other attractions).

“Excellent Location!”

The Hotel was really nice, service was excellent and most of all there is no need to drive to hang out at River Walk, Alamo, etc. Parking is a bit expensive at the hotel.

“Great place to stay”

I would recommend this hotel. They were very accommodating. Food in the area was not what I expected. Stay away from the "oldest" mexican food in San Antonio. It really was the oldest! Get off the Riverwalk for better food. I suggest Lukes or Le Midi.

“The Best Honest Staff”

My daughter and I had a great time,very comfortable.clean and most of all the staff and personnel are the best..they are very accomodating and helpful and honest,(I just lost a $600 trench coat at another known hotel in Clearlake,Tx and nothing was done except we are sorry...)I left few valuables in my room in this hotel and I was immediately notified and items were returned.my daughter enjoyed the pool and the restuarant.

“Best possible hotel experience in San Antonio - we were very fortunate to choose this hotel.”

I could not recommend this hotel more highly! Everything about the stay was exceptional, including the food in the hotel restaurants (which we have found is quite rare). We feel we also got an incredible value through Expedia. The complaints about parking charges by some is irrational- all hotels in busy downtown ares need to charge for parking, the Grand Hyatt allows you complete access to your vehicle - without needing to go through doormen or valet each time - for what I feel is a responsible daily fee.Thanks to the hotel for a wonderful 4 day stay!!!!

“Great experience.”

Beautiful hotel. Very convenient to Riverwalk. Concierge was extremely helpful in making dining reservatrions & sightseeing recommendations. Wait staff in restaurant were also great.
