“Very Nice”

Great place--valet is $28.00 per day--missed seeing that when I booked it but that was my fault. No easy way to self park--would still stay there though.

“Will stay again next visit to San Antonio”

Stayed here when we ran the Rock n Roll Half Marathon. Convenient to the start of the race. Hotel staff was courteous and friendly. River walk very close. If I am in San Antonio again, will stay here.

“great service”

My room was on the executive level, i was offered a 2pm checkout by signing up for the rewards program, and received excellent service from all employees that I encountered. The valets/bellman, front desk, and restaurant people were very helpful. The hotel itself is nothing special but it's clean and nice located within walking distance of the riverwalk.

“Great Time If You Feel Like Climbing Stairs”

Everything was great! We stayed for at the hotel because of our son's wedding reception was there. The room was great, the breakfast was good, but the elevator's on Saturday stunk!!! Everytime we would press the down button and the elevator would open and the elevator was filled. If we left the elevator area with people still there -- we would walk back by and the same people would still be standing there five minutes later. The hotel seemed to only have two of the four elevators working. Sometimes we would use the service elevators and even those were busy and packed!!!!! My husband seems to think he walked over 25 flights up and down on Saturday.

“recommend”

Service was good. Anything we had a problem with, they did something to correct or make up for it. . Two of four elevators were down, so had twalk down 15 flights once as it was so busy. Mentioned it to front desk, adn they gave us breakfast for free. That made it up to me! Little further out walking, but trolly picks up right at hote, so not a problem. got free parking so I think it was a great deal.

“Thanks Expedia.com!”

I already had one reservation with Crowne Plaza for Friday night and I wanted to go a day early so I went through Expedia and was able to get my room at a cheaper rate than the conference rate. I had a great experience using Expedia!

“Good Rate Near Riverwalk”

The Crowne Plaza was very accessible. It was located near the Riverwalk, though at the far end, so you have to walk a bit to get to the main area of attractions and eateries. The hotel itself is very well maintained and I found the amenities to be very accommodating. The main issue for me was the parking. Even at the cheapest for the area, it was still very high. However, there were a few open lots near the hotel that had all day parking for very reasonable rates and we used the open lots instead.
