“Friendly hotel”
Hotel is located near all attractions in San Antonio. Just off Hwy 410 you hear some highway noise in the front rooms. However, the stay was comfortable and relaxing. Our bed was very comfortable with the upscale linens and pillows. Rooms have been updated. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Bathrooms are not spacious, but considering it is not a new hotel, they were sufficient. Convenient restaurant in lobby with very affordable prices including room service. I would stay and recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. If we travel to again we will be staying in the same hotel. We were treated like we mattered to the staff. The restaurant had excellent food and service. Thank you!
“Good location for an overnight stay”
Great location and easy to find from the airport late at night. The bathroom tub/shower had some mold on the grout but otherwise a great room. It was very quiet for being on I-410.

everytime i am in san antonio i stay here,always happy with everything ,the rooms are very nice ,they even have shuttle service or in my case i needed to go to the airport very early in the morning, no shuttle service at mid morning but no problem they got me a taxi to the airport and even took care of the fare,they will even take you to the mall that is close by just give them a call and they will go back and get you................

Above average among the cheap chain hotels. We arrived at SAT at mid-night so it was a good place to rest before driving out in the morning. Cheap, clean, comfortable, and quiet even though our room faced I-410. A very good value.
