Hôtel neuf à recommander
Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans ce hôtel complètement neuf. Chambre très spacieuse comprenant une kitchenette. Le personnel d'accueil est serviable et le petit déjeuner même s'il est un peu succinct est très correct. Nous y avons passé une seule nuit en transit vers une autre ville ensuite.

We had issues with the first room we were booked into. We had called several weeks before to make sure a crib was available and told it wouldn't be a problem. Upon arriving we were told they did not have a crib and one would not be provided. The next issue was the sink we were using for washing the baby's bottles would not drain and the pipes started to leak all over the floor. The water had a foul smell. We had mentioned the non draining sink but nobody ever came to look at it. The shower did not have hot water either. We were given a new room and had to pack up all our belongings to move to another room. In the next room the furniture was very stained and no apologies were given for us needing to move rooms. We had also requested clean linens on our 3rd day but we ended up having to go downstairs to get them ourselves. Overall the staff was nice when we spoke to them, there was just no follow through.

We stay here every year but had several problems this stay our room. Definitely seemed like it hadnt been up kept the best. Issues with our door and electrical outlets and our bathroom smelled like smoke. The hotel also allows dogs if that bothers you. We reported and the staff said they would get the issues submitted. Staff as so friendly and kind. We love the breakfast too. Just wish it was a little cleaner and less broken.

Staff was amazing and super friendly. Hotel itself was a bit run down. The size of our room was great. The cleanliness in the room could have been better. The couch and chair for the desk had several stains on them. The silverware in the drawer had food on it and there were crumbs in the kitchen drawers. I ended up running to the store to buy my.own cleaner and wiping everything down. Hot tub was also not working, when I asked about it the staff said it "should" be working. I usually love Home 2 Suites and stay in them often, but I would not go back to the San Angelo location.

The room was fine. Basic, nothing special. The breakfast was poor. Very limited options and what was available wasn’t great. Staff wasn’t rude but also not super friendly or welcoming. Just an average stay, but likely won’t be returning.

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful room, great staff. Clean property. One thing to improve, the laundry situation. Machines only use coins, no coins at front desk and no coin machine on the premises. Very inconvenient.

The room was very nice. The staff was very courteous. The beds were very comfortable . The big issue we has was the people above us were very noisy late into the night. The floors allowed sound to travel easily through.It didn't make for a great nights sleep. The other, little thing, was the there was no cord on the phone so we couldn't call the front desk!

Clean & comfortable but check credit card charges
I booked & paid using my hotels.com app. When we arrived, check in was smooth. We go to our room only to find that it was never cleaned! It was filthy. So we go back down and tell her and she assigns us a different room and it was clean. Breakfast was okay but for the price, could’ve been better. Service was great, room was comfortable. My only issue was I was charged an extra night on my card that I used for incidentals. I noticed it on my credit card statement and called them immediately only for them to be in denial of it. I called back a few days later to speak to a manager but was told they were unavailable and assured me they would return my call, I've been waiting 6 weeks now. So, please be aware of your room charges. You will lose money and not have it refunded.

Overall, accommodations were good. We asked in advance for 1st floor, that didn't happen. Could easily hear people above us walking around. One of two TV remotes were missing. Alarm clock didn't work, along with shower and microwave surface lights. Also missing was do not disturb placard. Breakfast didn't seem to open on time

A great stay. However we were unable to get an early check in which would have helped tremendously. We were told the place was short staffed. Too bad 1 lady going 3 jobs. She did her best. Stay was nice.

Overall good
The staff was welcoming and nice. The lobby was clean and neat. We were on the second floor by the stairs. The toilet flush push button was broken. The floors felt wet. Despite temperature adjustments, we all woke up feeling sick in the mornings and while we were in the room, including our newborn. Overall it was nice, good breakfast as long as youre there before 8am. Otherwise it was an okay stay.

First time staying at a Home2 Suite. Very likable! Loved it, except the pool was down and I had the grandchildren with me, they were so looking forward to swimming.

What the most liked was pet friendly, very clean, and spacious studio suite. What I wasn't crazy about was the fact several families all had to wait till after 3:00 to check in, female employee behind the counter got a phone call from a young man that wanted to play games on the phone and I could hear the whole conversation then when he arrived she allowed him to go behind counter to assets her in the check in process and was flirting with him as he with her too.

Was told room was not ready early around 1pm and I was okay with that because 3pm is check in. Then we returned at 2:45pm and there were 4 families waiting to get a room. I asked if the room was ready and they said no. I then asked if it would be ready by 3pm and she said “I hope.” Magically at 3 pm ALL rooms became available at the same moment. The lady chewing us in seemed confused and took longer than I’ve ever had and I stay at a lot of hotels. Lastly, when we opened the room door we were treated to the a smell that seemed like a “Wet Dog,” plus the bed was not made properly (Seems like they are rushing and maybe understaffed). I would never come back to this location and recommend that they do a better cleaning job.

Check in was quick and staff was super friendly. No complaints there. Rooms are older and you can see a lot of wear and tear within the room and bathroom. The bathroom didn’t smell great due to the shower curtain having a mildew smell. Overall the stay was fine for a quick overnight trip. I will try another hotel next time due to the room conditions.
