“Schloss Monstein”
What a dream hotel- staying in a castle and being treated like royalty, what more could you ask for! Schloss Monstein was a wonderful place to stay- the rooms were beautiful, the food suberb, and the hotel staff was super friendly and attentive. This hotel is also in a wonderful location to see the beautiful city of Salzburg- a place you must stay at!
“Outstanding Hotel in Salzburg”
Outstanding property. Only 27 rooms which makes you feel very special. Staff extremely attentive and accommodating. Restaurant is by far the best for gourmet food in Salzburg. Would definitely stay again on future trips to Salzburg.
“Hôtel calme et agréable.”
Nous sommes allés à salzbourg juste pour quelques jours et avons choisi cet hôtel calme et romantique. Le personnel était très aimable et attentionné. Comme nous avions notre chambre au -1 étage, le satellite ne marchait pas très bien et donc, on nous a proposé la grande suite pour regarder le final d'australian open! C'était très sympa. On a testé leur Spa: sauna et hammam étaient super! Propre, calme et bien entretenu. N'hésitez pas, en plus, la vue est top!
“Beautiful Hotel!”
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Schloss Moenschstein Hotel in Salzburg. It is a beautiful Castle-that sits high a top Salzburg's old city-very small and exclusive. Rooms are small, but lovely and well appointed-with amazing views! The restuarant was wonderful for dinner-with a talented, creative chef and delicious food. Breakfast was perfect-served in the same lovely room surrounded by windows to the great view. We loved the location-far enough away to be quiet-and close enough to enjoy the city below. We were treated as special guests from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. Awesome service! We are so glad we chose this hotel for our stay in Salzburg and would love to return on our next trip.
“Excellent retreat in the middle of Salzburg”
The hotel is on an outcrop overlooking Salzburg, so quite remote yet in the middle of the town. The general level of the hotel, its location, rooms, and servicces was very high. But two things stood out for me: the restaurant, which served modern cuisine at a very high standard, and the staff, who were most courteous, and very helpful and resourceful when it came to a minor crisis (vis. a flight cancellation). All in all, a lovely stay.
“If you want the absoute Best!”
On site food for Bfk. was outstanding, as was lunch and dinner! Staff in all food aspects whether served inside or out performed well beyond expectations compared with other areas of the world. This is the best place for service that I have ever encountered and we were there for 10 nights!
“A pleasent and luxurious different experience for Salzburg”
I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who goes. Great service, beautiful premises and lovely location.
