The lobby staff was extremely racist would not recommended. I stay at the same hotel in Sao Paulo and the experience totally different

Can’t park in front of the hotel to do check in. Garage elevator do not take you to the hotel lobby. Need to walk thru business and restaurants with luggage to access hotel lobby and elevators to go to the your room. Very Inconvenient.

Boa acomodação, porém, tive alguns problemas com o cartão-chave, pois ele desmagnetizava a todo momento. Café da manhã razoável, sem muita variedade. Contudo, ótimo atendimento e recepção de todos os funcionários.

intercity salvador May 16
very clean and pleasant hotel. great pool area on the roof with fantastic views over salvador. 5 minute walk to Salvador shopping with cinemas, reastaurants etc. Only complaint was that check in was a bit slow.

Nice hotel away from the historic centre.
Booked this hotel based on reviews and recommendations and I was not disappointed. It was not far from the airport and the historical centre of Salvador. This is a business hotel with all the amenities needed. The rooms are large And we'll appointed. I didn't want to stay in Pelorinho. I felt comfortable in this area and just got the bus to the historical part of Salvador when required. The breakfast was good and Salvador shopping mall was just five minutes away.

Excellent value stay
Very pleasant stay. Excellent value. Quick check in and out. Gorgeous rooftop pool. Rooms are huge and clean. Hotel is located about 20mins from airport and 30mins to old city and Barra. Convenient if after end of day sightseeing you want space to relax!

Good option, not for working people...
internet is terrible, sometimes it works, some times it doesn't. Tried to explain to staff but they didn't accept it was a problem. I was on the 26th floor and even if I asked someone to come up and see the problem, they never helped. I had to go to the 27th by the pool but it was raining so overall I hated this. The breakfast was very good and the staff was really nice, they offered Tapioca and it was sensational. Shopping mall is Around the corner 5 min walking, lots of eating options.

Air condidioner is noise (split one, but old and outside part is behind the wall). Also, whater pump to reservoir is working beside the lateral wall (Room 2012).

Foi bem decepcionante! O check in foi demorado, e quando chegamos no quarto (2015), um cheiro insuportável de mofo! Imediatamente descemos, fomos transferidos para o 2105 (na torre virada para o mar). Não tinha cheiro de mofo, estava com cheiro de limpeza. As camas mal arrumadas, só um lençol mal colocado, com o colchão aparente. Travesseiro manchado e com cabelo. Depois de um tempo, identificamos que o cheiro dos produtos de limpeza era doce demais, enjoativo. A recepção mega cheirosa, o rooftop lindo, café muito bom, mas o quarto, a limpeza, o atendimento meio frio, quase antipático…enfim, caro para o que oferece, não valeu a pena!

O hotel é bem localizado para quem irá ficar na região do Shopping Salvador, o quarto amplo, o café da manhã generoso… CONTA com uma boa área de lazer. Apenas o serviço de alimentação servido no quarto necessita melhorar, tanto em qualidade, como em opções e em preço.

Séjour convenable. Cependant difficultés pour l'évacuation des eaux usées donc toujours de leau stagnante dans la douche+ lavabo s'écoule difficilement. Le menu a la carte le soir est delicieux. Un peu loin du centre historique et quelques pas du salvador shopping

Razoável, café da manhã muito fraco, precisa melhorar muito. Pouquíssimas variedades. Elevador hiper mega demorado, pessoal da limpeza não deve encomendar o hóspede antes do meio dia, da mesma forma o pessoal de reposição do frigobar.
