nous avons choisi un hôtel loin du centre ville pour la piscine intérieure... l'arrêt à SLC constitue une étape. La visite est rapide (temple square - capitole et grand lac) donc après 6 heures de routes nous pensions nous détendre dans la piscine mais elle est en maintenance ! pas top de payer pour une prestation non fournie.

Overall our stay was fine. Adequate number of pillows and they were actually pretty comfortable. Pleased with what we got for how much we paid. Would probably stay here again if the need arose

They advertise a pool and hot tub—which is a big reason we booked here—to soak sore bones after a long drive. But sign on pool door says “closed for the season”. What season? It’s indoors. I asked the desk staff—what does that mean? Oh, it’s closed all season is all they would say. I call it false advertising.

The hotel is well situated to the airport and has a reasonable price point. Front desk staff on arrival was friendly. The morning staff seemed like she appreciated very early mornings as much as I do. The hotel could be most optimally described as “very basic.” It is dated. The indoor pool was curiously “closed for the season.” Rooms were reasonably clean but it was hard to tell from light and colour. If you have simple needs, this is the place for you.

This hotel was an old Super 8, the 1st night we stayed, the room was acceptable, the blanket was really thin, the bathoom faceplate was cracked, carpets were dirty and stained, but we arrived at midnight and left by 0930. The 2nd night we stayed in a room that looked like it had two queen beds in it at one time, with one king bed in the room there was a whole empty space. There was no light at all over the bathroom vanity and the only other light in the room was on the night stands and one standing lamp. The key card didn't work for the alternate entrance. Again carpets dirty and stained and the one chair in the room was stained.

The pool was closed and the staff wasn't friendly. There were several things that seemed unkept. A ceiling tile missing with a bucket under it. The ice machine on the first floor was out of order. The elevator was out of order, the equipment in what they called the gym...which was a very small room off the pool that was full indoors, but out of season was dirty and very unkept.

Upon arrival the pool was closed because of the season. It is an indoor pool. I don't understand why. We requested to not have the linens changed and they said they wouldn't. When we went to town the next day, there wasn't any sign we could put on the door so they wouldn't come in to change anything. We told the front desk as mentioned the day before. When we returned, the bed was made, dirty clothing was placed on clean clothing, my pj's were moved. We didn't see anything missing, but that isn't the issue. The issue is that we asked to not have the cleaning staff come into our room to make the bed and change the linens. According to Utah Code Chapter 29 covering Hotels And Inn Keepers, it is against the law for Inn Keepers and employees of such for them to ignore the request of a guest to stay out of the rented room for up to 48 hours after the guest obtains access to the room. Meaning they have full right to enter after the second night. So it is perfectly ok for them to go into our rented room for cleaning today. Not yesterday. This hotel used to be a motel 8. There are placards on the inside of the door staying such. This hotel is below motel 6 standards as far as upkeep goes. There was a blue tub in the hallway when we showed up Tuesday evening and it was still there this morning Thursday. There is no handicap access anywhere except the front door going into the lobby. If you're in a wheel chair and rent upstairs, don't. The elevator don't work. The only ice is upstairs

Changing from Royal Inn to a Super8 no sign made it difficult for food delivery and transportation beds are horrible clean but uncomfortable and the bed platforms creak. Did not sleep well because of the noise from the beds.

The room was filthy stains everywhere, on every surface, hot water was barely warm, this is really not the actual hotel name, it rhymes with an alternative name duper h Oh and the mattress smelled like human intercourse. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone for a stay, really sad
