“Quiet and comfortable, but no usable wifi.”

We found our eight-day stay at this hotel to be clean, quiet ,and comfortable. However, the wifi was unusably weak. We had to either use a public computer in the lobby or go to the Starbucks across the street for Internet access.

“Unclean, Dreary and rude”

The hallways were dark, dreary and unclean. The room had a terrible ordor. I asked for a late checkout and was graciously granted one, but the next morning the staff bothered us multiple times. I told the front desk person that the night person agreed to a late check out she was very rude. When I turned in my room keys, I received more of the rude curt behavior.

“will not return”

The hotel looks nice in the lobby. Our room was extremely small and the walls were paper thin. People were running in the hallway above us. In the evening there was a baby that cried and screamed for about an hour. I think there were people living in this hotel.

“Don't stay here”

Comfort was AWFUL!! Beds were too hard. Pillows were like bricks. Really...how much more would it cost the hotel to furnish it with a decent mattress & REAL PILLOWS??? They can't cost more than the torture devices they currently use. Complained to the manager on duty @ 11 pm, and he was running around with his hair on fire, trying to keep up with all the complaints.
