“Will use this hotel again”
Room was attractive and very clean, beds were comfortable. Kids stated the roll away bed was very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Employees very freindly and helpful. Will definitely use this hotel on future stays in Salt Lake City.
“Safe, Comfortable Hotel”
We were surprised at the remodeling that occurred in the lobby area later in the week but the work was completed very quickly - about 1 day - and did not really inconvenience us very much. Staff was very helpful. Also, public computer was easily assessable to allow us to check our bags and selves in for our return flight home. Another problem we had while there was children running around after 10 pm on the floor above us. We called the operator several times and must have fallen asleep despite the noise. It seems that there was a children's party going on on the floor above us and possibly the room above us. It didn't seem that the staff was able to resolve this problem but fortunately for us, there was not another repeat of this the following evening as the guests had left the hotel. The hotel was close to the hospital where our grandson was born and close to restaurants. Overall, we had a very good experience at this hotel. We felt safe and comfortable. Our other grandson enjoyed the use of the pool and we enjoyed the breakfasts and appetizers in the evening (due to the inconvenience of the remodeling.) Yummy and again saved us money on food.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was more than adequate and I didn't have any trouble finding it.

This place had a basic hotel room, nothing too special, but it was very clean, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was quite nice. We'd stay here again anytime.

“Good hotel - needs to upgrade beds”
Stayed at this hotel and staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. I'm very use to staying at Marriots and Fairfields where you fall into a nice, comfy bed with great pillows and blankets. The bed was old and lumpy, and same with pillows.....cant complain to much - just not as nice as I'm use to...I've been spoiled by the Marriots in the past.
