Tough area to stay. It's not a four star hotel or area. Stayed in a lot worse. Stayed in a lot better. Breakfast was so horrid we didn't even try eating it.

Too many homeless in the parking lot. They have a lot of homeless as guest. That's fine. However, they bring their broken down vehicles (again fine) but they trash out the parking lot with their garbage. Then at night, other homeless people show up in the parking lot and stay all night possibly selling drugs. The bed in my room was terrible. All I felt was all of the SPRINGS in the bed. Terrible back pain as a result. Wanted tom have my mother stay there. THAT'S NOT HAPPENING!!!!!. ROADWAY INN USED TO BE A GOOD PLACE TO STAY. NOT ANYMORE.

The staff was extremely rude. They also advertised pets allowed and at check in time me let’s not allowed. They did end up allowing my small dog with a pet fee but every time a different staff member, which they appeared to all be related, we got questioned about which room we had been booked and who we were. Burns everywhere, dirty walls, black mold in bathroom and shower, no screens on windows on third floor, burns in linens, evidence of prior drug use on counter top. Furniture very stained and floor not even vacuumed. There was a pool but it was absolutely freezing and advertised as heated and indoor. Trash Littered in the pool area.

I have STILL not received my $50 back That you held. First, you charged my card and the hold fell off it took over a week with a debit card for it to go through. When I called to talk about it your person could not access the internet. I wat my $50 dollars back

I think people live there who are struggling. Smelly, felt like bugs crawling on us, couldn’t use back door to enter or we would get kicked out. Broken down cars in parking lot. Would not recommend.

i was a day late due to car issues and they cancelled my reservation, then told me they charged me full amount and said it would take a while to return it, all while giving me attitude for not being on time to a room i already paid for, then refused to let me stay the duration of my reservation... Horrible place...

The desk staff were not very friendly. Hardly looked at me, never smiled, I was the one to say hello. All business and was hard to understand. The first room they gave us stunk like old fish, we got another room. It was ok and looked worn but clean. Hallways were not vacuumed and there was only coffee in the "breakfast" room. We will not go back.

$125/nite not worth the money. Dirty, cig smoke odor everwhere, homeless sneak in to use the pool (not kidding).Wallpaper peeling, crime scene tape in hallway (again, not kidding.) Front desk zombie personality. Look elswhere to save your sanity.

Would love to provide pictures of this nasty dirty disgusting hotel. I would never recommend it and never stay there. Very old not updated. Room next door looked like it had crime scene tape removed. Carpet in room was gross. There were stains of something dripping in the shower. Scum on the walls. Totally groos

terrible sound insulation - somebody sneezes somewhere and whole building can hear it. Pipes are suer loud - flush in the middle of the night wakes up whole floor. Zero rules enforcement regarding quite hours. Never again.

Absolutely filthy. Crack pipe burns on carpet, cut in lines from razor blades/drugs on sink, stains everywhere and the smell was HORRIBLE. No screens on windows on 3rd story so if you hate life...end it here.
