“Clean, Comfortable, Very Accomodating Staff”

We were in town for a wedding and the staff helped us rush an early check-in and gave us a later check-out. Very kind. The room was great and clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. We used the pool and the workout facility and both were good. The best was the staff!

“Very nice hotel”

We were in town for a horse show and this hotel was very nice. Everything was clean, comfortable & quiet. The front desk people were always very friendly and helpful when I had a question. I would stay here again.

“Clean and Convenient”

for those staying in Salem it is right off the exit on Interstate 5 and very easy to get to. It was clean and well kept. I thought that the availability of DVD players would be a nice addition even if for a fee. I had to bring a player to review some DVD's. but it isnt a deal breaker.. the Tv's were not adaptable to even plug one in.

“Exceptionally Accommodating Hotel!!”

The Red Lion Hotel in Salem, OR is one of the best chain hotels I have stayed at. The employees know what "hospitality service" is--and made me feel special to be their guest. The shuttle service was very helpful, and the bar with great entertainment added enjoyment to my stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing a short stay in Salem!! are equally great.

“Great hotel in Salem!”

This hotel is a great, pet-friendly, place to stay. Beds are wonderful and staff is very accommodating. Dining in hotel is very very good, too.

Customer service persons were very friendly and curteous. Room was very clean. Evenings were quiet. Dining room meals were very well prepared and tasty.

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The restaurant was so good that I would eat there even if I were not spending the night. I would certainly stay here again!

“Lost wallet”

We had a great stay at this Red Lion. My husband lost his wallet in the bedding. The staff found it and made sure we got it back. Cash and all.

“Pet and People friendly!”

We stayed two nights at the Red Lion in Salem. We were quite satisfied with the comfort and cleanliness of the "pet friendly" room. We were on the 2nd floor, but it really wasn't a problem. The staff were quite friendly and there's a bar and restaurant on site. Conveniently located near I-5 and quite a few "services" nearby. We'd recommend this hotel and probably stay there again.
