“Hotel Motel Holliday INN”

The heat doesn't remain hot for long at times. Needs to Winterize or seal the doors from extra air entering the room,

“OK for a short stay.”

I stayed in a room with a single queen bed. The room has air conditioning unit, TV, microwave, refrigerator, desk, and chair. Pros: good price, very close to interstate entrance and yet quiet. Cons: The air conditioning unit was noisy. It does not have automatic temporature control.

“Crossroads - Salem, OR”

My wife and I are truckers. This hotel was surprisingly nice for the price. Check-in was very easy. The rooms were kitchenette suites. The kitchen was extremely clean as was the bathroom. No tub, but a nice double shower with seats. The room looked as though some recent renovations had been made. The only bad part was (being a smoking room) the room had an overpowering smoke smell upon entering. We left the door open for a short while which cleared out the smell. The hotel has both smoking & non-smoking rooms. We also has a Jack Russell Terrier that travels with us. She was welcomed with no complication and, loved the ample room to run around chasing the ball. There is the lack of an ice machine on the premises, but they do have a security guard in the parking area 24/7. FOR TRUCKERS - a bobtail fits in the parking lot, but the swing in is too tight to bring in a trailer. You could drop it at the T/A in Aurora (I-5, X-278) 20 mi north. There is also free wi-fi and a nice selection of tv channels. You can also walk around the corner to a Safeway to grab whatever you want to cook up for dinner. All the lights worked (1st time for us) and there is an alarm clock in the room. The kitchen is equipped with all for 2. Even the trash cans have extra garbage bags. The bathroom provides ample towels and a bar of soap (no shampoo/lotion). Check-in is 3PM Pacific, but check-out is as late as 11AM. Our beds were quite firm. Thanks for a great stay! We'll be back!

“It's an Ok Stay”

This was my second time staying at that hotel and overall it was good. Everything was what it was supposed to be (room, bed, shower, cooking area, etc..). The only thing that was an inconvenience was the refrigerator was noisy and probably needed to be replaced.

“Salem Crossland”

It was a nice place to stay clean and quiet. It is very close to everything you need like grocery stores and entertainment. I would stay again.

“Reasonable accomodations”

We were quite pleased with the hotel except for the fact that they did not have a tub, but a shower only. For someone who prefers baths this is important, obviously for those who don't, it isn't. Everything else was quite adequate and the price was reasonable.

“Just passing through”

This was a stop over on the way to Seattle - comfortable room, clean, convenient. Staff was helpful. We actually stopped by on our way back from Seattle, they were full but directed us to a part of town with some vacancies. Would stay again.
