“Pet owners will appreciate”

We used the 1-866 line to make a reservation. "Kim" could hardly speak English and obviously did not understand the language enough because I had to repeat my request several times and she still did not get the reservation correct. I called the hotel because of my concern. They had no difficulty in understanding my wishes. I will call the Hotel directly next time I make a reservation. The folks at Pacific Inn in Salem have always been great. They are relaxed and this makes us feel the same. The lobby was decorated wonderfully for the Christmas holiday this past visit/stay. We have been to this hotel in the past and will continue to come. We appreciate that the pet-friendly room is close to a path where I can walk my dogs. The only item we would love to see differently is a night light that can be turned off. It was too bright to sleep by. Thanks Best Western!
