This hotel is closed the doors are chained.
This hotel has been closed down for over a month, I arrived to a locked and chained door. I have reported this to hotels.com and sent photos am very surprised to see them still offering this hotel. You will not get in it is closed down. Hotels.com take it off your list it's not fair to give other travelers the same experience as I. This hotel is not open. It is closed.

Quite, clean and friendly staff hotel for the price you pay. Unfortunately it's no interesting galleries, shopping. museums nearby - just sleep and go.

No complaints about the hotel service. I booked a room for myself. I was very disappointed to walk into a room with 2 twin beds pushed together..but one was higher than the other..and they beds were both sunken in the middle. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in. My friend who also stayed a night here, but in a different room said his bed was great, guess I was just unlucky.

Good location short walk from old square
Stayed for 6 nights. Great location, just off main tourist areas. Very helpful staff. Not the ritz, but a clean and functional base to explore the beautiful city of Salamanca.

Good VFM, although could do with aircon in hotter months. ideally located for nearby sights, local restaurants and cafes. If facing the road it can get a little noisy. Breakfast adequate. Parking nearby around 13 euros overnight.

Well-located and affordable
Gran Via is a fantastically well-located hotel that offers everything necessary as far as basic amenities are concerned. The rooms were clean and the service was very nice, speaking multiple languages. Parking is slightly difficult, but they can guide you to a lot with a daily rate. Situated right near a major road, and within easy walking distance of the town square and a grocery store, it's a perfect place to enjoy Salamanca!

Very conveniently situated for all the major sights, 5 minute walk to The Plaza through modern shops, lots of cafes/bars/restaurants. Good adjoining restaurant for breakfast - good coffee! Friendly, helpful hotel staff and cheap, secure,on site parking . Excellent value.

muy mal con hoteles.com por falta de informacion.
muy mal pero no por el hotel si no por ustedes, porque el hotel lleva cerrado 2 meses ooo, y tubimos que dormir en el coche despues de un largo viaje descontenta con vosotros por no asegurarse si estan en funcionamiento o no los hoteles antes de hacer ninguna reserva.
