Spectacular
If I could give 10 stars I would for the staff. We had dinner at Collete and it was amazing. Food and wait staff incredible. Our room was as advertised.

Fantastic stay…beautiful property, big room and a great staff. The concierge service was clutch, both are super hardworking and won’t steer you wrong. The shuttle is an amazing perk as they are very available to get to town and the beach clubs. Would definitely stay again

The perfect retreat on the edge of St Tropez. Everything was perfect from the attentive service to the stylish room and exclusive toiletries. The pool was breathtaking and the shuttle service ensured worry free travel to the town and beaches. Well done Sezz Team.

Fantastic hotel
The hotel was fantastic, great pool, sun beds & evening music. The shuttle service to st tropez and the beach clubs was excellent & upon request.

Great room but gravel on the walks to get there (ruining any expensive shoes). Sewer smell on the back terrace. Very helpful staff but inexperience at 5-star hotels.

I loved staying at Hotel Sezz, the welcome was smiley, friendly and warm. The staff all seemed to recognise you and remember your preferences, they were so professional and in a very ‘gentille ‘ way. Trės sympa.

Fantastic stay in Saint Tropez
Outstanding property and service. Cannot fault anything. Such friendly staff. Complimentary room upgrade on check in. Welcome cocktail on arrival at the pool. Very special mention to the concierge Yannick who very pleasantly arranged so much for us (Beach club reservations, dinner reservations, taxis etc etc) and also another member of staff, who drove the shuttle, unfortunately cannot remember this gentleman’s name but he was from Normandy or Brittany I think. Really beautiful pool area. Restaurant looked lovely unfortunately we did not have time to try it. Very spacious rooms. Great outdoor shower aswell as indoor. Need a better full length mirror in the bedroom. Location is 10 minutes drive outside Saint Tropez village and approx same from Beach clubs. Complimentary hotel shuttle runs continually at your request until midnight.

Wonder Oasis outside of downtown Saint Tropez
Hotel Sezz is a wonderful, luxury hotel situated nicely between the town of St. Tropez and the beaches. The convienent, free shuttle to the beaches and town make the isolated nature of the hotel and after thought.

I don't usually take the time to write a note, but this hotel and the staff deserve one! I travel the world for business and pleasure, this hotel is a true 5 star hotel. Service is impeccable, they pay attention to details, their system is very well thought out and put together. Bravo! Special thanks to Quentin and Theo, sorry we kept you so late for our last dinner at Colette and after drinks, we lost track of time and you did not even tell us we stayed way passed your shift! Can't wait to go back soon!

Modern paradise.
The best staff, especially the concierge, we've had in a long time. Location is about 5 min complementary shuttle from the hotel. Pool atmosphere is amazing. Rooms are VERY quiet even though the hotel was full. Modern. Really can't say enough about the staff and the facility.

Concierge team was amazing. We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but they got us beach club reservations and nice dinner reservations every day. Shuttle service was on point too.

Overpriced and hardest bed I have ever encountered
Of the 5 star hotels we stayed at during our trip, this is the only hotel I would not recommend or go back to. Overall it very disappointing. This is a hotel that doesn't deliver value for money and fails on the basics. As soon as we saw the room we were appalled by the rock hard bed and knew we couldn't sleep on it. The staff said they were able to switch it for a normal mattress the following day, but the first night left us both tired, stiff and with a sore back. Why anyone would deliberately furnish a hotel with beds this hard is absurd. None of any of the other fabulous hotels we stayed in on the trip were uncomfortable and it demonstrates an arrogant lack of empathy (or sadism) on the part of the owners of the hotel. Other guests at the hotel also mentioned how hard the beds were and how badly they had slept. The breakfast was overpriced and very disappointing. The lunch was better. The pool area is pretty. Bizarrely, the paths are made of deep gravel, which ensures everyone's shoes get scratched and covered with white dust as they walk from their rooms to the lobby every night. The shuttle service at the hotel is excellent and the concierge were good, however if you don't get the basics right these will not convince guests to return to the hotel.

Special hideaway near St Tropez
Stayed for 5 nights in September, we were greeted by the concierge and taken care of very well for the whole week. They were available for all questions and supported all reservations and transportation. Free shuttle bus was a dream to get to the town and the beach clubs. The hotel was a great place for a couple to get away from everything.

Cannot say enough about Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez. Perfect place to chill out and relax. You could actually go to this hotel by yourself and have a great vacation. It has a very intimate feel and just the right amount of people around. You have your own entrance, like a townhouse. No long hallways ! Very large private room with large outdoor patio and a private outdoor shower. Loved it. High end toiletries, blow dryer, Nespresso machine ...... I will go back as soon as possible. Total R& R : )

This was our second trip to the Sezz and it was just as amazing as the first. The staff are simply amazing; they even remember you by name and most of them were the same as when we went last year which says a lot. The grounds are stunning and the rooms are both immaculate and impeccably designed; especially the outdoor shower and having your own private garden. We will definitely be booking again for next year and looking forward to it already. Thank you to everyone who keeps making our stays so perfect!

Great stay at Sezz! Excellent property. The pictures don't do it justice. The two story high wall of windows and private backyard made all the difference for the room. Outdoor shower was great too. We would/will go back.

Words cannot describe the beauty of this place! Such a modern and beautiful hotel in a quiet relaxing environment. The outdoor shower was so tranquil and refreshing. Such a great place to stay while in St. Tropez. The taxi pick ups and drop offs were ideal for us! Would definitely stay here again. St. Tropez is a dream location and Hotel Sezz is the ideal hotel for that location.

As a young couple traveling through Europe, we found Hotel SEZZ perfect. After a long drive from Nice to the hotel, we were greeted by extremely friendly and professional staff who unpacked our car, offered us a relaxing drink and immediately put us into a relaxed mood. From there it got better, the pool is stunning, the service impeccable and the rooms were relaxing, connected and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.
