“excellent hotel”
Great hotel will stay there again when we go back to St. Eustach Plesant staff nice lounge very relaxing. Excellent roon.
“Nice to talk to people who speak english”
The room was a little small but overall it was not bad at all. The people who worked there where very nice and spoke English (in French Canada) and where very helpful. The Bistro in the hotel had excellent food as well, they were so kind to read us the french menu in English. The pool and sauna where nice as well.

We stayed in this hotel on our 3-day trip to Montreal. It was very attractive with a very stylish, clean room and comfy bed. There was a great Bistro downstairs, which came in quite handy, with a wonderful outdoor patio. The pool (although small, was very clean, and had an attached whirlpool, which my husband liked. There is also a sauna room and exercise room. A smaller breakfast buffet is available each morning in the bistro for an extra charge. All-in-all we thought The Imperia was quite nice.

Friendly and helpful staff. Although the room i had was smaller, it was very well appointed , decorated and served the purpose. Everything you need is there! Thank you for a great stay would definitely again and recommend this hotel Gratia

hotel was great, but they are house keeping service was poor. Anemities also not that good, location was not too bad
“Satisfactory”
Poor location; hotel surrounded by very busy and frequented highway. Hotel isolated; nothing nearby and the on premises restaurant/bar was limited and catered to middle/upper class taste. It had a martini bar smack in the middle; not family friendly. We went in for a drink but did not like the whole atmosphere, cold and uncomfortable....more of an eclectic feel. Our guest room had poor sound control; could hear everything going on within the hotel halls, rooms above and on either side as well as outside traffic. Water pressure in room was very poor, took my family a few hours to get showered and on our way out for the day. Communication issue with directions; asked the check-in clerk to recommend a good steak house but was given directions for a sport store which had no steak house near it. No in room coffee.
“Reception a little arrogant”
Well the hotel is a little far but I knew that going in. This hotel is fairly new so I knew I was going to a nice room. The room was great the bed is comfortable. But we had a couple of small issues I wont go into details but when those issues were. When I mentioned them at the front desk I found the response from the clerk somewhat arrogant. When you pay money to sleep some where and there’s a problem with the accommodations you expect a polite response with a smile. If I'm running this place and you work for hotel you better like kissing butt because it's a kiss butt business especially when you are a new hotel. It's all about word of mouth like every other business. Word of mouth will make you or brake you.
