“Parc Asterix ideal location excellent hotel”

Would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you are going on a trip to Parc Asterix or for a day trip into Paris. Excellent service, good value for money.

“Hope to return and would recommend”

Stayed at this hotel again after a long gap. It has been refurbished since my last stay and was really very comfortable. The staff are cheerful and helpful. Breakfast is good and plentiful. The Prix Fixe Menu in the restaurant in the evening is really good and great value for money. In fact the menu also was also good.

“Last night in France”

I choose this hotel as it was close to CDG for our morning flight back to Canada and because i was familiar with the hotel chain. The location was fairly good but the hotel was not up to the standards of other Novotel hotels. It was more like a motel - two floors, no elevator. We were given rooms on the second floor and when I asked if we could have rooms on the first floor I was told they were all single rooms. I commented on the difficulty of taking luggage up the stairs and the woman at the front desk carried one of the bags upstairs to help us. Staff were friendly, but all in all, it wasn't a great experience.

“très bien pour le parc astérix”

Hôtel bien pourvu en confort:chambre propre, personnel de la réception très attentif et conciliant. Service cuisine un peu dépassé lorsque les clients arrivent en même temps, ce qui se comprend mais mon estomac ne voulait rien savoir. La navette pour le parc astérix est très appréciable mais l'absence de navette pour la gare RER de survilliers est un gros manque, d'autant que l'hôtel est isolé de tout. La visite de Paris serait super géniale si nous avions ce service de navette comme pour le parc (heure de dépôt et de retour). Félicitations au personnel qui se veut polyvalent et à la motivation des uns et des autres.
