“Appart city Saint Maurice : Parfait famille avec voiture”

Il s'agit d'une très bonne base de visite pour Paris, l'accès par l'A4 est très facile. Hôtel-résidence propre et calme, chambre (pour 4 personnes) très spacieuse et confortable. Possibilité de stationnement pour une somme modique pour la nuit. Idéal en famille grâce à la kitchenette.

“Propre, fonctionnel, bon rapport qualité prix”

Préférer les chambres et appartements à l’arrière car moins bruyantes cela dit l’hôtel est bien insonorisé. Hotel bien situé a condition de venir en voiture. Pratique le parking en sous sol. Tout est prévu pour faire la cuisine et la vaisselle ce qui est un vrai plus pour un séjour en famille

“Good hotel near metro”

Hotel was clean, quiet and 5 minute walk to supermarket and metro. Sofabed means large room to sit when you return to hotel. Kitchen area ok but very small cups so had to buy a couple of mugs.

“Good Choice”

We stayed at Appart City Saint Maurice in September for our vacation in Paris. I liked this Appart City. Our room was clean and neat. There was a kitchenette, equipped with electric burners, a microwave, refrigerator, plates, and silverware. We made our own breakfast. Being at an Appart City, I knew there would not be daily room service, and that was fine. Yes there is a 24-hour front desk. The receptionists spoke English. Like anywhere else in Paris, if the visitors are polite, you could expect friendly help. Appart City Saint Maurice is a 10-minute walk from the Charenton le Pont station of Metro line 8, then the Metro takes 25 minutes to central Paris. Saint Maurice and Charenton le Pont are safe suburban neighborhoods. This Appart City gives very good discount rates from time to time. We happened to catch one. I felt it was a good choice.

Odeurs de cuisine et de renfermé dans les couloirs. Trous de cigarette dans les couvertures et literie très mauvaise. Propreté qui laisse vraiment à désirer!
