“Just a room”

Nothing extra special to rave about - just a room. Bed was comfortable, view was nice. Extra charges for internet and parking. No fridge, small tub and the water was brown almost dirty looking and had a smell. Lounge was great and people were wonderful.

“It's all about the view!”

The rooms here sometimes awkwardly laid out but you don't mind because there is a spectacular view of the harbour from the ceiling high windows. One of my favourite hotel views ever. The hotel is showing its age a little ...but ... that view.

A little hard to find. Not on our GPS .But a very good place to stay.

For the price we paid, I couldn't ask for more. My only issue with the place was the price you pay to use the internet. It was a lovely hotel and it was in great spot.

“Tucked away down by the docks”

They could do with a few signs showing you how to get to the hotel! Otherwise, nice hotel, lovely big rooms. Restaurant was closed at 7.30pm when we were there!!!

“Good standard chain hotel experience”

Very well located, within walking distance of most of what St. John has to offer. A little frayed around the edges but nothing that gave me any displeasure. Staff were nice and helpful.

Great breakfast!!!! Attached to inside walkways to malls and museum. Very handy.

With it's location, amenities and the friendly staff, this hotel is definitely the place to stay in Saint John.
