“Business trip”

Even with GPS, the it is difficult to find the street entrance to the Hotel. No free parking. The staff was great. Room was clean & well equipped. Very quiet room.

“Way better than I ever expected!”

I was very impressed by the size of this hotel room, it was the size of a small suite. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and the linens were impeccable. I wasn't expecting to have to pay for parking - but the wonderful - full complimentary breakfast buffet more than made up for the parking cost. Note of caution - had trouble finding the hotel with our navigation system. The address did not come up correctly - but the hotel clerk gave us great driving instructions when we called!

“Superior Hotel”

I would highly recommend this property. the staff was great and the location was awesome. I would like to go back and stay more days. A must in St john's. Close to "reversing Falls".

“Great location”

We enjoyed staying right on the waterfront in St. John, within walking distance to almost everything. The hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast is not automatically included, but we had the full buffet with our Expedia booking (normally $16.95). It was a full buffet with some very nice touches.

“excellent service by staff nothing was too much for them”

The staff were excellent. Vey helpful and friendly. We had one bad meal with room service but they quickly refunded our money and aplogised profusely. The description in the menu seemed to be the problem. All other room service meals were excellent. The rooms very exceptionally clean as was the pool and other public area's. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
