“Good bargain!”

Our stay was very good the carpet looked a little worn but all in all was well worth the money.Due to construction on the street it was a little noisey till they quit for the night.There appeared to be a problem with the water in the hotel,when I took a shower there was black grit left in the bottom of the tub but when I showered again in the morning it seemed to have cleared up.The staff were friendly and helpful the hotel was clean and comfortable,I would definitely stay here again.

“Great choice!”

We enjoyed our stay at the Delta. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. It is easy to go to various restaurants or theatre by foot from the hotel. A great place to stay.

“We do recommend this hotel after the construction is over!!!!”

Overall this hotel itself is very nice and the staff are excellent. The problem is that there is so much construction going on now that we couldn't even locate the hotel. Once we did locate it, getting around the parkade was also difficult due to construction. This is a very convenient place to stay for ferry traffic as the ferry terminal is only a few minutes away. Some of the surrounding neighborhood is very nice while other parts are less than desireable (Union Street).

“Under construction”

When we visited this hotel, July 20th, 2011, it was under going some construction, in addition, the surronding area, was also under construction, making it very difficult, to find the way in, and then find where to park. the staff, was not helpful, when we commented on this, and other people staying at the hotel, made the same comment , saying that when they told the staff, that the directions to how to get into, and where to park where unclear, they just laughed it off. Maybe they have had so many comments about it, that they were just tired of hearing about it! After we figured that out, all was OK.

“good location good service”

We always use this hotel for Saint John visit. Extremely convenient location and reasonable price. Staff was very nice and willing to help. Room came with fridge and microwave so we just had cereal with milk for breakfast. Also, parking is free for weekend. This was a wheel chair accessible room and came with an extra toilet seat with arms. Unfortunately the washroom door was too narrow for the wheelchair. It was not big problem with us but. This could be problem for some people. Also,

“Nice hotel in the middle of downtown Brunswick.”

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. There is a shopping center connected to the hotel that was convenient for souveniers and grabbing snacks or coffee in the morning. It is very close to a bunch of delicious restaurants on Princess St (ie. Brits) and along the waterfront.
