“best hotel in my trip”

Beds are comfy, very clean and spacious room. Everything looks well maintained and new. Service overall is good, except the receptionist didn't greet us right away and acknowledged our presence, she was talking to another staff member and working on the computer. No swimming pool which disappointed my husband.

“Excellent Location & Value”

After traveling to Nova Scotia and taking the ferry back to St. John, we were happy to find a room at the Chateau Saint John. It exceeded our expectations. Staff was very helpful when we asked for recommendations for dinner and directions to a pharmacy. Excellent free breakfast! Would stay there again.

“Great Location”

The staff were very friendly and helpful giving directions to points of interest as well as printing out maps . They were very knowlegeable about the entertainment and eating establishments in the area. Continental breakfast was great!

“No better place in SJ”

Won't stay anywhere else in Saint John. New hotel very clean and comfortable with great free continental breakfast. For the price it can't be beat!
