Lovely place, underground heated garage was an absolute bonus with the weather conditions and an early morning departure! Beds were comfortable and bathroom was bigger than other hotel chains! The room was clean, the hallways and lobby was also clean. Breakfast was both hot and cold items, and the coffee was good, would recommend to stay at!

Easy to get to, immediately off exit 123. Underground parking was great. Hotel was clean, beds comfortable. Rooms are large, good shower lots of water pressure and hot water. Standard hotel breakfast with scrambled eggs, meat, hashbrowns and pancakes. Other options as well such as bagels english muffins, toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt. We didn't check out the pool or exercise room. There was a bit of noise from trucks on the trans Canada.

The stay here was great, indoor parking was very nice were it was chilly out, staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be staying again when in the city.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and appeared to really be enjoying their job which is so nice to see. Room was super clean. My daughter enjoyed the exercise room. Breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing.

The first thing that hit us was the strong perfume smell, it was in everything it was very over powering!, the only other thing was that there are no extractor fans in the bathroom? I have never been in a hotel bathroom where there was'nt one?. The humid air in the bathroom was so bad i nearly passed out as i have lung issues and these things affect me. When i contacted staff they said they would fix it that day but on my return from a full day in hospital, i found nothing done and when contacting the desk again was told that the ceiling vent was only that, a vent!! I checked out and went else where.

Liked the heated underground parking. Disliked the cleanliness of my room. Stained hand towel in the bathroom. Piece of broken glass in the bedroom. Small rock in the living room, most likely from previous guests shoe. And many small hairs in the jetted tub. GROSS!

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is quite nice, plus it is immaculately clean. The next time I need to stay in Saint John, it will be here...no question.
