“WIFI gratuit”

Hotel bien entretenu, popre, petit déjeuner un peu pauvre mais WIFI gratuit.

“Pas commode le service!”

Pour un mariage, nous arrivons à 14H00: Personne à l'acceuil. Après avoir demandé à un serveur, une demoiselle arrive. Elle rouspète : il est trop tôt et aucune chambre n'est prête. Après avoir appelé, elle nous trouve une chambre qui n'a pas été utilisée la veille. Ensuite, le prix diffère: elle nous demande de régler un prix supérieur convenu, alors que même j'ai déjà été prélevée de la somme par expedia. Heureusement j'avais imprimé la confirmation. Elle ronchonne et fait une photocopie de mon mail : Ok nous n'avons rien à payer. Nous arrivons dans la chambre : pas de surprise c'est un campanile. Mais bon on avait demandé un lit double avec un lit supplémentaire ...mais nous n'avons que le lit double. Heureusement l'ami qui devait venir avec nous, n'est pas venu. En rentrant pour passer la nuit ( crevés du mariage), je fais gaffe a bien placer le " Ne pas déranger" sur la porte. Mais non : à 9h45, la dame de ménage entre complètement. Elle s'avance au milieu de la pièce avant de nous voir dans le lit et de s'excuser ! Et bien! c'est peut être pour nous faire partir plus vite et faire ses chambres? Alors ils ne sont pas des rapides si à 14h elles ne sont pas prêtes!
